It is one door. A shop front. You could make it bigger and more modern. You could paint and fix it up. The guy came out and demanded the key and took the truck and left. He called me after claiming I did not return a hand truck which I BOUGHT. He then added a day fee when I had already been granted 2 extra days because of other problems. I have challenged the fee but U haul has done nothing. When I dropped the trailer it was a nightmare. I have photos.

Nothing against the employees working there. Igor is amazing and friendly, but I lost a day's time and over $100 over mistakes on multiple levels. Story time! I had reserved a 10" truck one-way rental (going to Northern California) at 9AM (their opening time) during the weekend. I was probably the 2nd customer in the door, and I picked up the truck the employee handed me at 9:01 AM. I was emailed the contract, and everything looked fine. After filling up the truck with $100+ of gas and loading it halfway, I noticed something odd on my reservation online. It said my drop-off location was where I picked up. This was obviously incorrect, so I called U Haul just to make sure. They said my contract stated I had a round-trip contract, and I did have to return it to the same location I picked up. This wasn't an option for me since I was moving out from my apartment on the day off. Despite me repeating that I'm staring at a contract that clearly states I'm doing a one-way move, they refused to believe me. They told me a manager named Kyle apparently called me at 9:07 AM (after I picked up the truck and the contract was finalized) and we agreed on a round-trip. I pleaded that I did not talk to anybody named Kyle that day -- or ever-- and I was driving the truck at the time. LA U-Haul call center refused to believe me. They saId Kyle wrote down some notes but he's unreachable because it's the weekend, and since this is a "he said, she said" situation, there's nothing they can do so I must return the truck back to the same location. They put me on call with Igor (manager at the location) and we were both confused. We could both see the contract I had originally and agreed I had indeed a one-way contract. Still, U-Haul refused to believe the notes over any of us. Igor called me personally and went out of his way (after-hours) to offer a solution: bring the truck back (which was apparently a round-trip truck) and get a one-way truck. Since this was my only option at the time, I did it. Igor even made a new contract and refunded the old one. He was apologetic on Kyle's behalf and said Kyle would remedy the situation once he's back in office. Mind you, we had to unload the truck and drive through traffic there and back and load the new truck. There was no one available during the weekends to help us solve this situation. Apparently, the only way to contact Kyle was to file a complaint against him so he could call us on Monday. We had to drink some redbulls and drive through the night but we made it to northern California. Come Monday, there was no word from Kyle until we had to call U-Haul and ask for him. He didn't try to explain the situation nor bothered to ask what happened but said he'll ask a regional manager to call us for a refund and compensation. The regional manager called after a few hours and had no idea what the situation was but he was willing to listen to us more than anyone else thus far. After explaining the situation, he agreed to refund for the $100+ of gas and $50 for our troubles. He also extended the return date for our U-Haul. Just wanting the situation to end, we agreed and returned the U-Haul. Yes, this situation could've been worse if no replacement trucks were available but it could also have been easily avoidable. A chain of mistakes had led to this. 1) The employee accidentally gave me a truck meant for round-trip even though the contract said one-way. 2) This made Kyle contact me at 9:07AM but he contacted the wrong person who agreed on the trip being round-trip. 3) Kyle change my contract from one-way to round-trip without confirming my identity. TLDR: An employee gave me a round-trip truck for a one-way contract. A local manager dialed the wrong number to confirm I wanted to change my one-way trip to a round-trip. Had to create a new contract by unloading the round-trip truck, going back to the location, and picking up the right truck. Had put $100+ of gas in the original truck. A lot of hassle would've been avoided if LA manager just verified the identity before changing the contract. I understand that mistakes happen so this is more of a U-Haul management issue. This location is fine to pick up a U-Haul.

The owner is rude and very unprofessional. I donot understand why Uhaul allow such dealer. The truck was making noise while break is applied. We requested owner to change the truck he rudely argued on my face in a way that only attributed to bullying. He also threatened to cancel the order. Since we couldn't find any other dealer offering 15 ft truck. We reluctantly took the truck with filthy interior. Given his rude behavior, I will not recommend anyone to pick up truck from this location.

When i walked in, I told the agent I wouldn't need the CDW because I was paying with my Amex, which covers such things. I told him I had been unable to remove it online but he said he could take it off there. Without showing me a screen or any paperwork, he took my payment and I assumed it did not include the CDW. When i looked at the contract, I discovered it had not been removed and I notified the location and they said because i didn't notify them immediately when the contract was sent, there was nothing they could do. I also noted this during my online return but never received a follow-up from anyone at U-Haul.

I was charged an additional $23,94 and given ZERO explanation. I dropped off EXACTLY as the contract documents stated AND EXACTLY as I was told by this location. I DEMAND A REFUND OF THIS $23.94. Otherwise, I will dispute the entire bill with my credit card company. It is a joke what you did. Pure robbery.

The staff were all very nice yet he was very busy and just basically handed me the key and I didn't sign anything. I was a little disappointed when I got the final bill. I had the van for an hour and I was not told that I had to fill up the entire tank. I fueled it back up to the gas line it was on when I picked it up, and then I was billed $72 extra for some reason. I was disappointed with the price.

One of the worst experiences of my life w/ U-Haul. Everytime the truck was turned off the truck died. The battery was shot and this was a miserable time. I needed to jump the truck over 10 times during the week i was renting it.

there is no parking available. My truck was on the street . when returning there was no parking available. It took me an hour to find a parking space to leave the truck.VERY frustrating

As soon as I started driving the van, all of the tire pressure alerts came up. In addition, when returning tue vehicle 45 mins before closing I was told to park the van in front of the store, I did and went to return Keys. The door was locked and had to knock. Looked like some event was going on inside that wasn't supposed to! He told me to then move the van somewhere else so he can continue what he was doing. I moved it to their back gate, he didn't come to meet me there but made me walk all the way back around and wait outside Because the door was still locked and took the keys and left. Didn't give me any receipt or confirmation i dropped the vehicle off. Horrid customer service and not Inviting at all. Something sketchy going on at this location. 0/10

The store in Guy was the most rude unclear business transaction of of my life, I will avoid you all in the future for sure. Plus he charged me for the extra insurance I never approved and other stuff. My bill should be 19+ tax but instead was 60! complete hustle.

All ran smoothly and pick up was easy. My only negative experience was receiving the truck with the gas gauge on empty. Literally, it was right on the E line and it was stressful to try to find a gas station, to pump on my own, before a trip I couldn't be late for. Otherwise, all was fine.

I wasn't even asked for my drivers license when given the truck we went outside and the tire was bald I had to come in I told the lady she checked in somebody that just drove from San Francisco and gave me his truck without even checking it. Once we checked it there was things left inside that we ended up having to throw away . I have pictures of everything

Almost no gas. The dashboard indicated that the engine and tires both needed servicing. The windscreen was extremely dirty. An 'after hours service charge' of $20 was added to my bill even though the truck was not late and the vendor refused to correct the error.

Awful location to rent a uhaul, takes forever to find street parking. Truck in horrible condition and they applied insurance without telling me which I did not need and had opted out when I made my reservation and then swindled me on gas by saying the truck was more full than it was. Autolux seems like a scam

The overall experience was awful. First i proceeded to use the online check in and then after i arrived was told that location does Not participate in that service. I didn't proceed to go inside and finish my rental agreement and was told that everything that I asked to rent in addition was not available. I was given the truck with only 50 miles left to Indy and the paper stated that it was a quarter of a tank. Also the truck was dirty. When I return the truck I made an agreement to be there at 1 PM because I cannot rent the truck another day because of another rental. It's fine I agree and return the truck by 1 PM. What I did not appreciate was the threatening messages and he hateful Attitude that was texting me. She has no customer service and I would never recommend this place to another person.

Don't tell people they can drop their equipment off there “24/7” when there is no sign at this drop off to help direct whoever is trying to drop off, and when there is no one there to help at all. There is a sign on the gate that just says ‘no Uhaul parking and don't block any gates or entrances.' So I have no idea why this location is listed as 24/7 drop off because there is no help or direction what so ever. Very weird, confusing, and frustrating situation.

The man who was overseeing the final bill charged my credit card with a hold fee equivalent to the rate PLUS the rate. He got very very snippy when I asked him why he's holding my money at the same time as charging my card in the full rental amount. Awful human being and shouldn't have done that and shouldn't be in customer service. U-Haul - find another car rental agency in the area to align yourself with.

Awful customer service, the guy is RUDE, he speaks to the clients as if he is angry!! I had my reservation to pick up my van at 10 am, at 10:05 he called me and told me (not in the nicest way), that if I didn't pick up the van in the next minutes he was going to cancel my reservation, technically I'm renting the van per day, not per hour, right??? Well… of course, I ran!! Also, when I return it, he charged me $25 for the cleaning fee, as far as I'm concerned I'm renting a moving truck, I don't have to wash it before returning it! Take a look at the pictures of the “dirty” van: avoid this pickup place, there are others that are close and with much much nicer, and educated staff!

i have rented trucks/vans twice in past 2 weeks and have been ripped off both times: made my reservation online i was charged for insurance though i clicked to decline coverage i was charged for gas both times even though i put filled gas to same level as when i picked up the second time, i took a picture of the truck's dashboard showing the gas level...and i told the location that i did so and still got charged for gas because they falsely stated the gas tank was full i could barely see through the front windshield even after using the wipers

I recently rented a Uhaul for a few hours. Was told the price would be $45, but I would be charged $55 incase I went over the mileage. I agree to this and return the Uhaul 2 1/2 hours later. I noticed today scrolling through my bank statement that I was charged $121.93. I did not agree to this nor was there any type of issue with the return. I will be contacting my bank to have this charged resolved if I can not have this issue dealt with on your end. Not only was this a scam, the woman and man in the establishment were both rude and had the door locked, we knocked and wait for 10 minutes for them to even come open the store.

When I received the truck, the fuel gauge was less than half full. I refilled the gas tank to full and drove from Redlands, CA to Los Angeles. i was surprised how fuel efficient the truck was. I only drove 78 miles and returned the truck with almost a full tank of gas. I asked autolux if they would be kind enough to credit me for the half tank of gas I had filled. They said no. I was an hour late and they charged me a full day - $71,8 in addition to the $136,74 I paid. In the past I have returned the truck an hour late and they were so kind to waive the fee.

The price was almost doubled. After hours fee was applied which I was not informed about at all, and there was a cleaning fee added when the van wasn't in great shape and all I had used the van for was some furniture that did not cause any mess or damage. Easily my first and last uhaul rental experience. I'd rather make a bunch of trips with things strapped to my roof than rent from here again.
