Not one thing . Great experience. My girlfriend is booking with them next week.
Tyson LI picked this location because, according to the booking system, they had availability for the van that I wanted. However, when I arrived, this wasn't the case and they gave me a truck instead. The truck was bigger than expected which made it harder to park in some of the locations that I needed to visit, but it did the job.

jewel tThis location is very difficult to get in and out of with larger vehicles. Due to this, the employee pulled the truck out onto a narrow street and blocked traffic in both directions. I was unable to inspect the vehicle or ask any questions before having to drive off while being honked at. Once I was able to pull over, we found the vehicle was filthy. There was spilled drinks in the cab and the cargo area was not swept out. There was dust, random trash, and even broken glass. Dropping off the vehicle was just as nerve-wracking. I would suggest finding a different location if possible.

CARLOS DI needed to rent a van last minute to move a large mattress and wardrobe. Auto Lux Rental was accommodating, incredibly pleasant, and easy to navigate. I would definitely return here to rent a vehicle- hands down.

The only problem with the location is that there is very limited all-day (or for even more than 2 hours) street parking nearby and also no nearby private parking lot or structure. So that makes this location difficult for an individual user. There is also no easy, legal place to return vehicles late in afternoon or after hours.

ROMUALDO VHard to find this location even with the help from Mapquest. . It's a box in a wall. Hard to tell you arrived to a U-Haul location. Small store front on Highland. Not just that, i had to drive to the back where it was no better to find it. Returned trailer in less than to 2 hours where I paid for 6 hours. It clearly said on the trailer there is discount of trailer is returned early. NO DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED WHEN I ENQUIRED!! Mind you I wanted to rent one in Glendale, CA but instead I was asked to go to one out of my way where I spent more time, gas and energy.

Alexis HTruck was not ready at reservation time, had to leave and come back later. Truck was disgusting inside and very dirty. Steering wheel was sticky, had to wipe it clean just to drive well. The front cab and rear had dirt everywhere. Truck definitely needed maintenance as the check engine light would periodically turn on, oil pressure /temp would fluctuate drastically, the truck would stall/rev randomly, did not feel safe especially on the highway.

Tauriac DBattery of the truck was dead, had to call friends to jump the truck, twice. Went back to the shop, been told I would get a refund. Paid the full amount. Owner didn't see any problems with the situation.

DENA DI am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, which I consider to be the worst I have ever experienced in the US. The staff involved, namely Igor, Mikhail, and Eugene, all from Ukraine, demonstrated: 1. Unprofessionalism 2. Unfriendliness 3. Disrespect Their demeanor was noticeably angry and resentful. Additionally, they hung up the phone during a call, which was particularly unacceptable. I am compelled to express my disappointment and hope for prompt attention to this matter.

TRACI SThe truck seemed to have possible transmission issues but we were on too tight a schedule to ask for another truck. My friend driving is a mechanic and said it was taking more effort than it should have to get any kind of highway safe speed. A couple times the truck struggled to start so there's definitely issues that need to be addressed. We rented from a non uhaul location so not like other trucks were available so we took our chances and thankfully got the move done. We couldn't believe that truck was even being rented out. Very stressful
