Nice gentlemen onsite. Quick and easy
Geremy MNo one assisted me at this location- I went after hours. And dropped off the truck. There was a clean and open spot for us to part the truck. And the key drop off was easily found.
Andria BThere was nothing wrong with this location. Unfortunately, it was not my original location for pickup. Not sure why I book a truck at a location and it is not there when I go to pick it up. I believe I was guaranteed a truck as well. And this did not happen. I believe I should be getting some kind of refund.

Kieran MThis location has no signage and no lighting. Although on a main street, it was difficult to locate the entrance in the evening when it was dark and there was no clear area to park the truck. Some lighting at the entrance and in the yard would help.
FRANCO SThis location saved my move. I cannot thank them enough. The first location that I rented from on Bayfield Street rented me a truck that broke down 5 minutes down the road to an issue with the shifter. When the tow trucker drivers arrived, they laughed because they worked on this truck the day before and knew exactly what the issue was. I ended up dropping the original truck off at the nearest U-Haul location which was on Essa Road. I then was redirected to a rental available at Auto Ranch. There was a ton of confusion on the back end but they got it done for us. Their customer service was 10/10, super friendly and worked hard to get everything sorted out for us. I will say however that I'm super disappointed in my experience with the first location on Bayfield street and would greatly appreciate a call from someone above this location to further explain. Sasha GLocation needs lighting for after hours drop off and an 8 AM pick up option every day. 10 AM pick up time is too late for larger or longer distance moves.
DONLD MI was extremely disappointed with the false advertising in relation to the length of the truck I rented. I was expecting the overall box floor of the truck to be 15 ft. This is not the case. It was 12ft 10in. I needed 15 feet as the material I was moving was 14ft long. I was not able to move the material and returned the truck. 200 dollars wasted.

MICHAEL RWe've used U-Haul twice in the last few weeks. Both times we reserved a truck for a one way trip(pick up one location, drop off at another) Both times the trucks were not available and had been rented out. The first time, central booking called two days before the move to tell us the truck was not available and tried to put us in a two way rental(return to place it was rented) We scrambled to see what could be done to secure a one way truck. Marilyn from central booking, who had a beautiful accent, and was very helpful( they need more people like her!) secured a one way truck for us, which we unfortunately had to drive 30 minutes away to pick it up and then drive it back before we could begin our loading. Tammy at the Essa rd. Barrie branch made sure we were given extra kms for the rental and is a star!(need more people like her) The second time rental, through Tammy at Essa rd., again the reserved truck was not available and again Tammy came to the rescue and secured a one way truck for us. We did have to drive 15 minutes away to pick it up( Innisfil) which was still a bit of an inconvenience, but at least we had the truck. Tammy is a star and Marilyn was great but if I were renting from U-Haul, I would check daily on the status of my reservation so as not to get caught short and have to scramble before a planned move. I understand that the front line workers have to deal with the public and take the hit/abuse on behalf of the company, and that's why Tammy (Essa rd. branch) and Marilyn( central booking) are stars! Well done ladies!!

STEVEN CSome lighting in the area as it was hard to park and return the rental unit at night.
GERALD CI showed up at the place at 9, on time for my appointment. The owner was not there. I had to call customer service to have them call him so he can show up. After using the truck, the gas gauge was not working so I ended up filling more than half and paying $104 on gas. I was not compensated for the overfilling as well as for the owner not having the reservation ready on time.

Brian DHave the truck where it's reserved. Or at least close to desired pick up location. Not 50 KMS away in the wrong direction of where you need it. Costs customer valuable time not to mention there own gas in personal vehicle but also on rental where you burn gas that should be included in the trip because it's 50 KMS farther away from requested pick up. And having to pay over KMS due to same issue.

He was faster on his phone than other uhaul members on the big computers...excellent service.

anthony bThe online 24/7 pick up was ridiculous to navigate. Kept telling me errors upon login, would not let move forward as the device froze and I kept having to swipe out then back in. Had to call assistance hotline. The associate on the phone was great but this entire process took 45 mins off of my original rental time. Until this system improves, I will not rent outside of business hours. Thankfully we gave ourselves enough time and we had our pick up and move completed before our original time, but seriously this is a problem. The location was fantastic. He opened early and saw me struggling and assisted me as well. Location is great. Service all around was fantastic. Just the online pick was completely brutal. Seriously recommend looking into this!
Jennifer BThe poor rating is for the app not working, not this location but for our original booking at the other location in Stroud. Thankfully this location was open and could help us. We had to get a bigger truck than we needed and experienced major delays. The tech support line didn't answer. We were completely stuck. Very stressful.

ELEN JWhile I had many complaints about the rental process itself (finding out less than 24hrs before my booking that the truck I wanted didn't exist, etc.) , this location was great and the customer service was great. I was trying to do after hours drop-off and my locations services weren't working. Staff came outside and did everything for me without being asked, and took a lot of the stress off the process.

RAPHAEL EI dropped the trailer off at 15:00 on Sunday. I picked up the trailer at 16:30 on Friday. Yet I was charged 3 days. In fact I was 2 days and only used it 2 days.
