Easy pick up and drop off - friendly service
Kieran MThis location has no signage and no lighting. Although on a main street, it was difficult to locate the entrance in the evening when it was dark and there was no clear area to park the truck. Some lighting at the entrance and in the yard would help.
FRANCO SThis location saved my move. I cannot thank them enough. The first location that I rented from on Bayfield Street rented me a truck that broke down 5 minutes down the road to an issue with the shifter. When the tow trucker drivers arrived, they laughed because they worked on this truck the day before and knew exactly what the issue was. I ended up dropping the original truck off at the nearest U-Haul location which was on Essa Road. I then was redirected to a rental available at Auto Ranch. There was a ton of confusion on the back end but they got it done for us. Their customer service was 10/10, super friendly and worked hard to get everything sorted out for us. I will say however that I’m super disappointed in my experience with the first location on Bayfield street and would greatly appreciate a call from someone above this location to further explain.
