As with my last rental it was a great experience. Bruce was awesome and really went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible to assist our nonprofit event. 10/10 I will be making this location my go to.

STEVEN AOrigianl pick up location did not have needed truck uhaul changed to this location which was a good location with great customer service however it was 25 miles from original pick up location, uhaul have me 20 free miles due to thr change, however the mileage did not cover the full mileage from original location to changed location so we were charged for extra miles that we should not have been charged for

Joe RBeen a U-Haul customer since the late 70's. Today, the employees care much more about their job, and the customer experience. Although this was only a small trailer rental by me this time, it was for over 1000 miles one-way and by far one of the most pleasurable rentals. I've rented many different sized trucks and trailers for varied distances, one-way and round-trip over the years. Back in the day, it seemed like no U-Haul rep really cared at all. Like renting out the equipment was a big bother to their life. I have many wild stories, having moved all across the USA for the past forty years.

Lynne SThe uhaul system overall is a nighmare to navigate. Pickup point was arbitrarily changed <24 hours prior to pickup. Location was further away and opened later which made a mess of travel plans. Changing the dropoff point was also unnecessarily tedious and took multiple calls. Both locations were fine but I will hesitate to recommend uhaul in the future due to the corporate side being so difficult.

Scott FBrakes seemed too bad on the front, grinding and squeeling noise. And as noted when I picked it up and mentioned to the shop the tire rubbing on the front passenger side.

Chad CMake sure you actually give them all equipment the customer has paid for I paid for a dolly I didn't get and had to move my appliances by hand. Not at all impressed with the fact I got a call day prior to change the pick up location for the truck I had reserved a week in advance of my move. Not impressed I had to go almost 20 miles out of my way in the wrong direction to pick up the uhaul instead of being able to pick up at the location a mile up the road from my house. Not at all impressed with the fact I was charged 40 cents a mile for the 20 extra miles I had to go to pick up the truck. There were no straps in the truck either. Overall highly disappointed in the services provided. I will not be recommending uhaul to anyone

Helen WBruce is outstanding. He was flexible, even assisting us on a Sunday when he is not normally open. He is a credit to the UHaul business and should be recognized with some sort of award or commendation. All of our experiences with Bruce have been superior.
