Make sure you actually give them all equipment the customer has paid for I paid for a dolly I didn't get and had to move my appliances by hand. Not at all impressed with the fact I got a call day prior to change the pick up location for the truck I had reserved a week in advance of my move. Not impressed I had to go almost 20 miles out of my way in the wrong direction to pick up the uhaul instead of being able to pick up at the location a mile up the road from my house. Not at all impressed with the fact I was charged 40 cents a mile for the 20 extra miles I had to go to pick up the truck. There were no straps in the truck either. Overall highly disappointed in the services provided. I will not be recommending uhaul to anyoneThomas L.

I was charged $.79/mile the yet the closest dealer was 20 miles away... Each local uhaul dealer quits being a dealer because the process is painfully long and takes up to much time for the dealer for very little of the money. I wanted a 17ft. truck but they did not have one or get one in even though they had plenty of time. The smaller truck I had to use forced me to take more trips causing me more money...It will be the last time I use Uhaul.Elizabeth L.
