Dishonest information on the amount of fuel they said was in the tank. Interior of the truck was dirty. When I returned the truck and ask about return inspection they told me they would do it later. When I confronted them about the fuel issue they just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I've already started to tell people about they're dishonest business manner and I truly hope that the u-haul business for them STOPS! Nothing worse than a dishonest business. I'll say it again, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEY'RE DISHONESTY!!!
william sThe person waited on us right away and was helpful and friendly.
david LI informed the U-haul representative of my issues. He was receptive. I turned it in a day early.
Jim LThe location made us wait over 30 min to check in and pick up the uhaul, so they could start and complete someone's break job on their car. Triton the time we waited they even left the location to drive and pick up the breaks for the job they were doing. The complete time it took us to retrieve a pre-booked uhaul for an hour and 15 min and there were no other people present. Very poorly managed experience.

Juan MThe truck was a 15' ford. 2009 model with nearly 200 000 miles on it. There was not a single drop of oil on the dipstick. It was bone dry. There were no visible oil leaks or drops or spatters and the exhaust was clean so it was not dumping oil, dripping oil, or burning oil. It had simply NOT been checked by anyone in a very, very long time. I had to buy and insert 3 quarts just to get an oil level in the pan to register, then had to insert 2 more quarts to bring it up to where it belonged. I then drove the truck 400+ miles and the oil level was still satisfactory. Does anybody EVER check these trucks? If I had not checked it and then spent $30 on oil, I would have had a catastrophic engine failure in the middle of an eastern Oregon desert at 15 degrees.
