Small area for storage.It would be tight area if someone rented a car trailer or box trailer to maneuver back to where they picked it up from.Basically you need a bigger storage area.

Nothing to improve, the service and rental were great. My advice to people who want to rent, use the online site and register the rental you want, and go through the process of taking pics of your drivers license and all. It makes the end process MUCH faster. I did the online process and was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

Mary DParking of the trailer was very limited and difficult to maneuver the trailer into a spot for drop off. When I asked if they had a dolly to move the trailer once it was off the truck for easy movement I was told they didn't have one because it was stolen. Having a dolly would have made the return much easier given the limited space.

Jennifer CTook an hour to verify my identity. Why can't I upload my passport? I don't carry my passport around with me to take a picture of on a whim. And calling an alternate contact? I gave 4 contacts but no one was able to pick up on the first call because it was the middle of a work day and the agent refused to try calling a second time and just kept canceling my reservations. IT TOOK ME ONE HOUR IN THE PARKING LOT TO GET THIS VAN. I was crying from stress. Almost canceled the whole thing. I lost an hour of moving time and was rushing and hustling to finish in time. This was the most awful experience. There needs to be a better way to verify identity. Like why can't we just upload our passports??? No US citizen carries around their passport at the ready.
