The vehicle was fine. My issue is the rental process. Everything is driven off of the app. The app is not good, the pickup location does not have good cell service which makes using technology that much harder. It took over 30 minutes on the phone with customer service to get the rental completed so I could leave. It would be so much easier to just have a person at a counter.

walter cdrop off right by where I was going, first time doing full retund off my phone, but went real smooth
James Clocation very convenient, went to the pawn shop first but was only a parking are they had for the uhaul, however was only a mobile location which I did not realize. that process took much longer than I anticipated but overall a decent return experience
Kathy BDrop offs would be better if there were more signs showing where to drop off at. Like park uhual truck here. If it wasn't for me having to call uhual to get my drop off location I wouldn't of known what to do once I got there. There is one sign that says equipment here.
