keith kHave the rental associate go over the operation of the truck . It wasn't a problem for me because I've driven trucks most of my life but for someone just moving who's never been in a truck, it would probably be a little intimidating ( dangerous) not knowing where all the controls are. But U-Haul is a great blessing for folks who don't own a truck .
