DOMINIQUE SOverall I had a great experience and loved the 12' inclosed trailer (towed like a charm) and have no suggestions on how to improve on perfection!
Rickie CI rented the truck to be picked up on a Sunday, so there were no personnel present; however, the process was easy and self-explanatory, so we did not have any problems.
Lori PBe open during posted business hours or leave notice on the door of closure. I requested in person pick up and waited unnecessarily. When I called to find out how to get the key (a truck had not been assigned to me in the app to do mobile pick up) the lady didn't have a clue where the key was and had to physically show up to find it. The lady was rude and unprofessional when I asked questions about the rental. So 45 min later I'm on my way, This wasted my time and money spent on movers that had to wait on me because of this business' lack of professionalism.
