Disorganized. Had to wait while the 1 person ran the cashier for the convenience store several times while also handling my transaction. Gave me the wrong keys and pointed out the wrong truck- had to drive the truck out of the ditch behind the store and then acted as if it was my mistake- it only had a 1/4 tank of gas. There's a gas station right at the convenience store. Why wouldn't they rent you a truck with a full tank? The blankets I had to grab myself and she told me grab a bag - bag only had 6 blankets which I didnt realize until I got home and opened .

John AI dropped the Uhaul off in time, but was charged an extra day. I dropped it on Wednesday evening, it was due on Thursday morning.

Gregory Y1st off - the website had us taking it back to where we picked it up - the app had us taking it down the street where we picked. Once down the street - a worker at the gas station was declining to accept the truck - sent us somewhere else. Once at the new location - unable to drop it off as the GPS in the app wasn't allowing it - returned back to initial place down the street -

Steven MThe man who rented me the truck was lazy he didn't go out and check the gas gauge thank God for cell phones with cameras I took a picture of the gas gauge and the odometer leaving and returning and he wrote down that they were 3/4 of a tank a gas a little more and when I took the picture there was only a half a tank and then when I returned it there was more gas and when I left and drove it 17 miles thank God for this woman Elena that I talk to from U-Haul because she made sure that they did not charge me the $46 gas charge if they wanted to. Do you want it might want to check out that place it's not a good place there's been so many different owners in there and that one right there try to rip me off thank God for your personal people at U-Haul that went in and made sure I didn't get charged but never again from that location I will drive a mile away to the other place and get it from now on that place sucks beware or you'll have more phone calls because he tries to rip people off.

Lesley S1) Reserved "curbside pickup" but still has to wait 20 minutes inside the store because their computers weren't "working" 2) Drop off/checking out was even worse, took 30 min and still didn't get an itemized copy of charges and wasn't even told what I was going to be charged. 3) MY BILL DID NOT MATCH MY QUOTE!! I was waaay over charged. Please find resolution to this issue. Merci.

JOSEPH LQuick and easy drop off
CHRIS SI had a pre-scheduled drop off for a 6 x 12 van trailer at the Turnbull Bay location in New Smyrna Beach. When I arrived the man on duty told me that he could not take my trailer because he didn't have room. I pointed out 2 parking spots in his trailer inventory (not to mention the fact that he had an empty parking lot with 12-15 spaces) but he would not accept the trailer and told me to find another U-Haul location. The only one that answered the phone was Banana on Dixie Highway, which is a gas station that happens to rent U-Haul. The woman on duty was courteous and wanted to help, but had no tools or help to unhitch or move a trailer. At least she was nice enough to let me do it. It took me 30 minutes (and a cut hand) to get the trailer off of my car, since there was no jack or stabilizer on the trailer. Not at all the fault of the woman at Banana, but it's unacceptable that the Turnbull Bay location refused my scheduled drop off.

WILLIAM HI used the automated drop off but then there was no key drop box! I tried to call uhaul and waited on hold for 30 mins. I could do anything!
Jeffery HThis was the most horrible experience. The process took over an hour to complete due to incompentence. The vehicle was poorly mantained, check engine light on and remained on. I always believe Uhaul was a reputable and reliable company, but no more. I will never recommend renting frim Uhaul.
