Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMerchant claimed not to have inventory of my preferred truck size but it was available online. Forced into larger truck. Drove less than 25 miles and less than two hours of truck possession. Required to fill tank even though truck was just over 3/4 tank when I rented it. Pouting rain and merchant required me to go out to take a photo of the odometer and gas reading. Truck interior was dirty. Overall a terrible experience and I spent way more than I should have. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
Greg WVery convenient to work with and get to. The only problem was I scraped a truck and was not able to find out how to get the insurance information for the vehicle I hit.
Stephen RDid phone chechout. Did not interact with staff
CHRISTINE Kanother person took our truck because their truck was out of service. I had to wait for the person to return it back and ended waiting for 45 minutes.
