When I received the truck, it smelled terrible (like marijuana). Also, I found a small bag with a needle and condoms, soda cans, etc. under the pilot seat. You should clean the cabin before rent the truck.

I received the van dirty, with no gas and I was charged for this. Nobody told me to do a check out when I returned the van.

I may start a company to rival this trash company and based mine on the customer. U-Haul is trash and you all think we need y'all. The people always prove you corporations wrong every time. Ivan STried to change locations. First they weren't able to tell me the fee. That's terrible considering the pickup location was changed for me. Then, they couldn't change the location. Poor customer service. I will not be using uhaul company in the future or recommending it to my friends.
Stefanie KI booked a 15' truck from 8 am for 12 hours and got there by 10am since some important work came up, only to find that they didn't have a 15" truck since they re rented it to someone else? What's the point of booking in advance then? Also this is the second time this happened to me and I had to do an extra trip just to take all my stuff. Very unhappy with UHaul, will definitely book a truck from Home Depot going forward.

Emile RI was unhappy with the $85 gas charge. I did not bring this vehicle in under the mark that was given to me. Not only was a charged for gas but on top I was charged $30 for a fee. That is not fair. I loaded the car up with $40 of gas and it was already given to me with less than half a tank making it very inconvenient to have to go directly to the gas station.

Alex XDrop off was just a spot to drop off the truck on the street with no contact with anyone. Online drop went smooth.
JOSEPH CWe arrived a few minutes after 12pm which was the last possible pick up time. The location from which we picked up the truck also closed at 12pm and we almost were jot able to pick it up. Luckily one person was still there and he processed us, however I was told that everyone usually leaves at 12. They should stay until at least 30 minutes after the latest pick up time. I can't be the first person this has happened to and I'm sure others were not as lucky as I was. I admit I was late but I arrived at 12:10pm and was almost turned away.

Jamshad MI was charge for Insurance at the time of pick up when I asked them to remove the insurance before I left. I have commercial insurance that covered my rental already. The clerk said that he would have his manager take it off later in the day. NOT TRUE. Also I was over charger 36 after I returned the vehicle (on time return). This experience was horrible
