Seriously I will rent again at this location in Worland Wyoming just for the sheer customer service I received and vehicle I was able to rent! Thankyou

MARY KPersonnel were great and very helpful. Problem is I reserved equipment for my move over 30 days ago and the equipment was not available. I had to use a lot smaller truck than reserved and therefore moving more of a pain than it already is. When you reserve something it should be available on the date you reserved it. You should also have employees available to go and bring trucks from other towns and brought to the location where it us to be picked up. Not expect customers to drive to other towns to pick it up themselves. Not good customer services. The staff were as h pful as could be but not much they can do about not having enough equipment. Overall not a good experience.

Matt DAfter several weeks of having our reservations cancelled by U-Haul and other rental companies. I was finally able to connect directly with Alice from Bar S Bar. She was very attentive and understanding of our situation, and seemed to really care about how the U-Haul dispatch reservation issues have been negatively impacting their customers. She went above and beyond to deliver good customer service in a very difficult time -- providing service after hours and on her day off. I had just about given up on U-Haul for good, until I came across Alice and Bar S Bar. I will recommend people go directly to Alice for their U-Haul needs in the future. I hope U-Haul understands the terrible position they are putting their local partners in by taking reservations they can't meet.

This made my experience awful and put a lot of pressure on the poor gal at bar s. Once again, the gal at bar s was great. She did everything she could to help me out.

We pulled a 4x8' trailer behind our Ford Escape 925 miles RT and it rolled like a champ. This was our 7 or 8th time working with UHaul in the previous year and they have mostly been good experiences. We've made our last move. Thanks U-Haul!
