After several weeks of having our reservations cancelled by U-Haul and other rental companies. I was finally able to connect directly with Alice from Bar S Bar. She was very attentive and understanding of our situation, and seemed to really care about how the U-Haul dispatch reservation issues have been negatively impacting their customers. She went above and beyond to deliver good customer service in a very difficult time -- providing service after hours and on her day off. I had just about given up on U-Haul for good, until I came across Alice and Bar S Bar. I will recommend people go directly to Alice for their U-Haul needs in the future. I hope U-Haul understands the terrible position they are putting their local partners in by taking reservations they can't meet.Robert Dean V.

The unit was well maintained and ready to roll. We had no issues for the week we had the trailer in our care. We pulled a 4x8' trailer behind our Ford Escape 925 miles RT and it rolled like a champ. I was told I would not be charged a late fee by a U-Haul representative because u-haul changed our drop-off spot. We then brought the u-haul back to the spot told to go ON TIME and then I was told I hadn"t brought it back when I HAD!
