Erica DShe harassed me daily lied to me multiple times about the law coming after me she also accused me of being several different places with"HER VAN" also called me a liar daily and told me I was not allowed to be driving her van just anywhere said that I couldn't even drive it to the town of Douglas which is only 15 mi es away from where her location. Is I will be seeking professional assistance on this matter as she also documented failed readings of the odometer read and also the fuel levels I have documentation of every single thing and I will be providing my legal representative with these file I hope you can solve the issue with this location and maybe find someone to take over her duties and give it to someone whom would respect and be friendly to there costumers! James Funable to edit the dates online, called in and the expected wait time was 59 minutes to talk to someone. closer locations with this equipment were not offered as a choice. rental location was very good. online and phone assistance not very good. equipment failure causing trailer to unhook was very dangerous
DAVID MI picked up at night, after hours and the location was very dark. They need some type of lighting.
