The trailer I was given was very old and run down. The lights went out on me halfway through my trip and a tire blew out.

Reserve price was less than the price when I got there. Customer service was very helpful and I am very happy with their help.
Debra MMy problem is the truck that was 5 miles from my location that I reserved...I was not told it was unavailable...I went to pick it up and want until I got there I was told the key was unavailable. I had to drive 30 minutes out of the way, 3 hours later, which costed me more money than I could afford in gas for both the truck and my vehicle.. Also costed me an hour moving time. It's bullshit and I'm not happy.

VIRGIL HI assume we should have known we could just drop off the trailer but I got out to ask and had to initiate conversation. Would be a little better to say something as an owner.
