jorge pNo roaches on the vehicle please. It's difficult to want to be in it but also, all my things and the new location has a new infestation of roaches that I didn't have as I was extremely careful not to have insects within my things and in my previous apartment. Everything else was great, specially the costumer service from the guy at bass systems! Very communicative and attentive. Super knowledgeable, understanding and nice. Only issue was the bugs.
Natalia VMan was rude as hell, box truck smelled like a smoker's truck, there was tobacco everywhere, and when I asked for a receipt, he gave me an attitude. Will not recommend this UHaul to anybody, Home Depot is better.

Genea CClean The Cargo Van, there was sand and dirt on floor and seats and throughout the van, not too dirty, still good enough to rent. The horn doesn't work, I press the horn just to do full inspection, and it didn't work. The vehicle needs a Oil Change, and windshield wiper fluid. But as far as what I needed it for, it worked well so other than the uncleanliness, I'm satisfied!

daniel mU-Haul should be more considerate of their customers, I selected a return location that was convenient and hours of operations acceptable however they changed my return location to a location that was in need of trucks because they were threatened that if the location didn't get trucks they would have gone with Penske. Trucks are rented by the day and miles why send me to a location I didn't request and customer service is ridiculous I contacted them at least about 7 times trying to get the drop off location changed but now I realize why I was just being transferred from one scheduling section to another. This type is service is disgraceful. If U-Haul is going to use customers in that way then the customer should receive some type of discount.

Bruno LThe man at the counter was very impatient with me because he only had one truck and he was trying to rent out the truck that I reserved. He wasn't courteous at all and showed very poor customer service.
Zandra F-Poor service at counter. -The door hinge gets stuck at the truck roof. We had to contact roadside to be able to close the door. - I replaced the gas to get to the same amount as given and the Uhaul rep still charged me $14,95 for missing gas.

I was extremely irritated and angry at Uhaul upper management and had jus wanted to vent… but Joe was so nice and professional that I couldn't help but to be nice back. He turned my horrible angry morning into a nice day with his cheerful and helpful personality!!!
HAYDEE GThat car is in very, very bad condition. I drove it from Miami to Orlando for 4 hours without air conditioning. After 40 minutes of leaving with the move, the car stopped and did not want to start. I had to wait 30 minutes at the edge of the highway. so that it started and arrived in Orlando resando. I called the assistance number and they did not answer. I do not recommend it.
pedro rAlthough the hours of operation are listed as one thing, the owner closes earlier and rushes you and the process if you come when he is trying to close early.

JOHN WFriendly and great service.
FRITZ JPickup location did not take the time to walk around truck with me and take pictures of prior damage. I had to call UHaul service center to add description of scratches I found on right side of truck. The rear roll up door was extremely difficult to raise. Pickup location claimed this was normal and due to this being a new truck. The problem persisted throughout the rental and eventually the left side cable on rolling door disconnected from the door. This truck was completely manual to operate, meaning no cruise control, no power windows.
