John BThe service was great. Quick and easy to pick up and drop off. Very friendly helpful customer service. The truck however..... the uhaul was barley running. At a stop it felt like it was going to die. You had to push the gas pedal all the way down just to eventually get to the speed limit. We didn't even finish what we needed to do. My husband is a mechanic. He was to scared we would be left on the side of the road. I was a little disappointed that we weren't offered some sort of a discount. But she did say she would report the problem and pull the truck from service. At least it won't leave anyone else stranded.. again She was great. The truck not so much.

Diane BEven though the managers live on sight the office was closed at the time of our pick-up at 2;00pm. Had to call twice and honk horn to get a response. I also had to call multiple times to get a question answered about the bill. Had a much better U-Haul experience two months earlier when I used the Hazel Dell, WA facility - they were terrific!
Harry BIf customers are picking up the truck during off hours, remind them that there are two U-Haul places within a block of each other on Grace Avenue in Battle Ground.

Tevita MMary Jo was filling in for another person - she was an excellent advocate for me in getting my reserved UHAUL. Nothing that happened was her fault, in any way. They didn't give Mary Jo the login information for the computer, so she couldn't rent out the truck I reserved. She was able to get someone on the phone to do it for me over the phone, thank goodness. Finally got into the truck and the cab wasn't clean. There were sesame seeds all over the place from someone's fast food and the floor had a bunch of debris on it. The dash was thick with dust and hairs. I get on the road, and not even a mile down the road the dash says "tighten gas cap" - I pull over, tighten gas cap, message still displayed. Pulled over again, left the cap off for a minute, put cap back on, and message disappeared and was replaced with a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I couldn't drive this thing knowing that, so I did the bare minimum I had to do that day and returned the truck in about 2 hours of an 8 hour rental. This is the second time I've had to rent a truck for work, and the second time I've had a terrible experience. Thanks to Mary Jo doing the best she could with what she had, I at least got the truck and did the bare minimum. Thanks for advocating for me, Mary Jo.

Henrique ORented with a listed as full tank. After leaving site guage was 1/8 below full. Drove the unit a total of 10 miles and ended up putting 5 gallons of gas in it. Spent $15 more than needed to bring back to full mark. Other than that truck did what we needed it to and person at rental location was helpful and friendly. Ps Ramp latch and rollup door could use some attention.
Wayne TTruck needs to have steering alignment done, it pulls to the left. Otherwise it was good.

Lionel PI shouldn't be charged for the 6 mile round trip just to refuel and leaving the tank fuller than when I started.

Kathryn VBoth drop off spots the people were great, but all they had to do is check my truck or my trailer in. Nothing complex at all. Once the scheduling and locations was actually nailed down the drop-off process was cake. Takes 25 seconds if nobody is in line. Love the drop-off procedure.

SANDRA PThe truck was very old which was ok, and there was no debris in it but it really needed to be washed/wiped down inside. Even my movers made a comment about how it should be hosed down inside. The clerk was awesome.

Mark RThe windshield was covered with splattered bugs an could hardly see out of it. When she issued me the truck she indicated that the truck had a 1/2 tank of fuel, when I got in the truck it was actually just above 3/8 of a tank. My rental round trip was less than 20 miles, I put 2 gallons of gas in there before returning the truck which brought the fuel level to 3/8 of a tank. I received my final invoice via email and she charged my $19 for 3 gallons of fuel. When I called she asked me if I told the clerk that it was 3/8 or took a picture of the fuel level. HAHA apparently I have to do her job for her or "document her errors". I have rented Uhauls for many years and this was the worst experience I have had.
