Woman working at Battle Ground location was very helpful with getting the drop off location squared away. This was my original drop off and was on the paperwork, was told at pickup that any location within 15 miles was good, because I thought I might drop off at different location, had got changed in system. Regional routing manager was not happy about making the change but did it.

Mark BThis company owns 2 locations next to each other. Very confusing when dropping off a 26" truck.
zachariah rNo parking... Service was great and helpfull but...for a less than 4 hour rental, we could not leave our car. So we had no option but to find public parking elsewhere and walk several blocks both ways to pick up and drop off truck. Not convenient!
