MARK RTow behind trailer appeared well maintained, with newer tires, and rode very well empty and when loaded. Pick up and drop off was also very smooth at this location, lasting less than 20 minutes each visit -- pick up and drop off.
Brandon POne driveway is to short causing a steep angle that prevents larger vehicles from entering without scraping the bottom of the vehicle. I don't know how involved the process of altering the geometry of that enterance would be. I was able to enter backing up the longer driveway. Your staff was very helpful in guiding, knowledge about their products, friendly, pleasant and professional. I would recommend them without question. Merci

ABDI SChristian Pitschka was amazing to work with! We stopped out of the blue because we needed a trailer to bring something back to rural MN in and he was so pleasant and helped us with a smile! We really appreciate him going out of the way to make sure we had a trailer that we needed!

BRIAN JDon't keep customers waiting. When I ask a question, don't say I'm not doing it - It's Uhaul who is sending the email or it's Uhaul taking your payment etc. You work for Uhaul so that's what I mean when I ask: are you going to be sending me an email. Very poor Customerservice from that perspective. The guy checking us out was very cocky and was constantly getting disturbed with questions from other employees. Focus on the customer in front.

JULIAN JThe staff were excellent and working hard across multiple customers. The cargo van was dirty on the exterior and the interior (not trash, dust/dirt on dashboard and floor), returned washed and cleaned.

RICHARD RThis location system very outdated I was charged an additional $20 for returning the truck back earlier than planned instead I was to do a online return and that’s the reason the fee was changed also this location mileage rates are higher than other U-Haul locations I will not rent from this location again I wasn’t told I had to do a return online
DOROTHY PI really appreciate the service and availability at Bauers. The trailer was a 6 x 12 tandem axel. The tiers were new, it was very clean and followed extremely well. I would definitely use Bauers again. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I pulled the trailer from Minnesota to Arizona. I had no issues what so ever. Thank you!!

DARICE JIt would have been helpful if the individual that processed the rental had told me to download the U-Haul App for the return process. I got it done but signal in the parking lot was weak. So, it took forever to download. I could have done better on wifi!

Joseph ILocation was fine but your pickup during closed hours stinks!!! App and online pick up showed errors . Same thing happened two weeks ago for another move we had. Everything else was fine but waiting on hold then being transferred to another department and waiting on hold was terrible. You need to fix your computer /app/ online service. It's aweful and behind the times technology wise. Plus my husband said we were o er charged for miles. Charged for estimated miles not actual.

DUANE LNothing - Michael and Christian went out of their way during a busy end of month Saturday to help me rent a trailer and provide a hitch for my 2009 Lexus SUV. They were incredible.
JONATHAN BThe app process to check in and check out took too long. U-Haul needs to make their app more responsive and streamline the pick up and drop off truck in their app.
CODY AThey didn't have the trailer available at my reservation time, but it was due to the previous renters being late. They were able to contact them and have them bring it in immediately. Bauers made it right and apologized for not have it right away. So use them again!
Jeffrey SThe old person who assisted me was rude. He said I need to upload my driver's license but the system is not letting me. Ended him to be the one to upload my ID. Then he commented about why we customers came in at the same time making him busy. I think he's not aware that the app starts reservation by that time and it's opening time so he should expect people coming in. It clearly tells me that he's not happy doing his job. I am not coming back for sure. Another note is I need to inflate the low air tire on the right side when I pick it up. I didn't bother them doing it since he's not happy doing his job.

Jeremy KI was charged a fee for not refilling the gas tank plus gas, however I left it with more gas than I when I picked it up. I have photo proof of pick up and drop off mileage & gas levels. When I called the man who answered was very helpful and is making the situation right by refunding me for the extra charge that should not have happened. Additionally- upon drop off, a worker met me outside the building and took my keys there along with some "too friendly" comments. If I were to use this location again, I would definitely go inside and ensure all steps are correct and taken.
REAGAN FArrived on time for a 8am reservation, left at 8:25. Customer service rep made me feel like it was a problem I was there to pickup my reservation.

ZACHARY JI would cut down on the amount of paperwork required to be completed by smart phone. This seemed excessive and even felt like it slowed the process down.
MARK GA one way rental would have been best for me and saved me 2 hours, but I couldn't be confident there'd be a nearby one way rental for the day I needed. I ended up getting to my destination after the move at 1:30 am. I'd much rather have rented one way and gotten there by 11;30. but certainty was more important than having to have a 17 hour day

ANNE GI had originally ordered it from Shakopee location, but had to drive to Minnetonka to get it, which added an extra hour to our moving day.

Matthew FWould NOT recommend UHaul to anyone. Absolutely horrible web site check in , return all stink to high heaven. Don't need rentals often, usually for small move around town, next time be happy to pay more rather than user the horseshit U-Haul process. It may be the outfit I picked it up from, kind of abrupt when it came to explain what I HAD to do to rent
