Vehicle was ready when I arrived and accessory items ordered were available. Return was easy. Outside of the expense which was outside of the rental's control, it was a good experience.

TODD BEverything was easy, however the price per mile seems high. They advertise $19.99 per day, but then it’s $1.09 per day? I drove 20 miles and that cost as much as the whole rental, which doesn’t make sense.
JACK HWhen I arrived at Bauers Custom Hitches I had already pre-registered with my drivers license phone #, etc...I guess in my haste I made some mistakes and when I arrived they explained my mistakes and were quite patient in helping me fix the errors.
Allen SThis location is a great. I have used them multiple times over the years and they always have enough trucks on-hand and the check-in and check-out process is quick. Theresa is amazing as well. Would highly recommend this Uhaul location for anyone in the southwest metro as the go-to spot.
