Staff was super helpful and transparent about charges
ADAM RAll went well at the pick up location, but the drop off at Baurer's in Minnetonka, MN was sub-par. The desk staff pulled an unfortunate attitude that was not at all appreciated. Will never walk in that door again, and I have been a customer many times before.
Paul FI got in and out quickly. The people who helped me were courteous. I’ve rented several times from this location and have generally had no problems. I’d certainly rent from Bauer’s again when I need a truck or other supplies.
