The only thing, and this was my fault, is that I forgot to bring my EZ Pass for the tolls when I was driving the rental. Got stuck going through cash lanes in NJ and Pennsylvania doesn't even have them. Perhaps a sticker in the rental saying"Don't forget your EZ Pass" would be helpful

Tom CHelp! I did NOT move out of this unit! I haven't received a bill since February 2022! I want to pay my balance! Ralph BAs far as cleanliness, there was sand in the interior and the storage areas around the driver had what looked like ashes. Also, the mileage recorded rom the odometer appeared to be about 15 % than what I measured with my car and Google maps. At $0,99/mile that is bothersome.

Deborah CLocation and truck were fine. Trying to reserve a truck online is a nightmare. I had arranged for before hours pick up. When I found out how involved that was I tried to change the time. Website would not let me. I tried the live chat, no one responded, I called the cust number and hung up after I was put on hold for 15 minutes. After driving to the location and talking to a live person, I was informed they dont have early pick up there anyway. Once I got the truck every thing went smooth. Website is a joke!!
CHARLES FVery clean, very easy. The only issue I have is that your $19,99 daily rental quickly turns into $60 when you include insurance, and the $1,29 per mile, and gas replacement. Otherwise, very pleased with Bayville Storage, and U-Haul.

Carlos CVan was new and staff at site excellent. Van was ready on time. However the van was dirty in the front cab. There was lots of dog hair. Dirt on the floor and spilled soda/coffee in drink holders.

I did mention that a Uhaul sign should be placed outside as I passed the place twice because I didn't know it was a part of Bayville Storage. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend and do business here again. I am an attorney and in court often so I speak with a lot of people. I'm happy it was a pleasant experience.

JOESEPH RReserved a 26 ft truck. Went to facility and truck was not available-the previous users did not return, no phone call was made to us to make other arrangements. Were given a 14 ft truck and had to make multiple trips to move our house. WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However gentleman at this facility was trying to be as accomodating as possible. Sucks that he has to represent such a horrible compnay.

dennis lWe had a 8:00am pickup time. When I called for directions no one mentioned the place did not open till 9:30am. We had to waste 1 1/2 hrs time. That's not good customer service.
JOYCE OTe customer service agent opened early, prior to their advertised opening time, because he saw us sitting in the parking lot. Quick, smooth transaction allowed me to get on my way for my move. The rep made sure I had all of the information I needed and was a pleasure to deal with!

Carol DWe unknowingly returned the truck at the very time the office was closing but the young man took care of us without hesitation. He could have just said, "We're closed." and directed us to the drop box but instead he took the time to handle out late return. I did not feel rushed or that it was an inconvenience. I was very pleased.
Sherry Swhen I tried to add a driver after I picked up the vehicle the poor man at the location was given a run around and on hold for more the 1/2 hour. so my only problem, was with the problem uhaul gave their own agent.

RICHARD HI reserved a dozen furniture pads, but there were none available at the location when I picked up the truck. The reservation system should be able to check inventory of pads, hand trucks, etc at the pick up location.
Darren WI had to put gas into the truck so many times that I was afraid of running out and not having enough in the truck when I returned the truck or able to get to my destination that I actually put to much in the tank. I was not able to get a refund at this location for the gas overage. I will be contacting U-haul soon.

MURAT CThe transmission on this vehicle seemed like it needs checking. I'm glad we only drove about 100 miles. I wouldn't want to have taken cross country.
