The back of the truck had dirt and sand all over the floor and was not cleaned at all. There was an access plate in the center of the bed that was half bent up that made loading and unloading harder. The driver door only closed correctly if you slammed the door. When I picked up the truck it immediately had the fuel light on saying I only had 45miles to empty. I understand return it with the amount you got it. But that is pretty rough to immediately have to get gas.

I picked up the truck and was nasty inside and black staff got on my furniture and is going to cost hundreds of dollars to clean and I was getting ready to use the pull gate will not work and I have to take back to fix and I wasted 2 hours to fix and cost two hundred dollars labor,I Will not recommend anymore.513 887833 you call call me anytime

trailer was hard to get off. should get a crank put on it so you don't have to lift the whole thing off the hitch

I've always worked with a U-Haul location and not a third party location. This was a used car dealership and no clear direction on where to go or who to see. It worked out, and it wasn't an unpleasant experience, just not sure I'd go back. Seems easier to go directly to U-Haul.

Make sure to emphasize being there an hour early as picking up the vehicle takes about 30-45 minutes despite someone being there. They have nothing to do with Uhaul and just have the equipment there. However, the customer service on the phone was very helpful. I would recommend going in person or picking up a vehicle the day before you have to pick a rental.

Not very helpful. U-Haul added a $20 charge for an after hours return that was not an after hours return. The people at your drop off are not very interested in UHaul and just told me to drop on the side. I filed 2 disputes and sent 1 email to UHaul with no response. I communicated with 3 separate people on your chat function and was cut off 3 different times. As you can see I have 7 orders over the past 18 months. Out of frustration, I paid the $20 additional day fee which I do not agree with so that you can not damage my credit as I do not trust that I will receive any response to the 3 attempts I have made to communicate with your company and based on your behavior in the past two weeks assume the next communication I would have gotten would be from collections over $20. That will be the last penny that you receive from me and hope that this $20 was worth losing a loyal a customer.

The dolly I paid for wasn't in the back of the truck but that won't stop me from leaving a good review. Easy pick up and drop off location, clean cab, and close to home.

Has a hard time locating staff. Dropoff location didn't accommodate a 20 foot truck with a trailer.

Couldn't upload pictures when dropping off. Website froze up and had to contact U-Haul. Work on your website. Not a big fan of checking in and returning this way. Would probably go to an actual U-Haul facility next time..

My only complaint is with the check in experience and U-haul's systems. The physical location and the people working there were good. But the app and U haul's check in procedure is terrible. I was scheduled for 4 pm and it took me 1 full hour to get my truck after being on site. (1) the app kept thinking i'm at wrong location even though i was standing in right location and walked all across parking lot. (2) even though i did a pre-check in online and gave drive lisence the app now said i'm out of state and needed to provide further proof. (3) i used the call option for further proof but 1st call to my brother in law wasn't enough and had to do a 2nd call to my sister after which it continued. (4) It did not give me a code to open the lock box and retrieve key, that screen just went away while i went to confirm my truck number and to see if it was on lot. The customer service agent inside the building then helped me. After that the truck quality was good and check out process was painless. But please improve your check in process because currently i am not sure if i would use a U haul again....because of all the lost time and headache.

The Uhaul was clean but the wiring was bad. Not sure if this is part of the check before renting but it should be. Plugged in when the vehicle was off resulted in a dead battery, even for a 10 minute stop. Was able to make my 1600 mile trip unplugging the trailer every time I stopped but did have to get my vehicle jumped before figuring it out. Appreciate that Uhaul responded to my email notification and said they'd have it addressed before renting it back out. Hopefully that did occur.

I was rerouted for pick up, but the new location was not too inconvenient and the new site was prepared- the drop off was not so well prepared and while there was staff they asked that I just leave the keys in the drop box.

I prefer an actual Uhaul location. The person that could actually rent the Uhaul truck at this facility was not there when I arrived so I had to wait wondering when he would arrive. This is my second time going to a location that is not actually a Uhaul but a different type of business. My first experience was much worse. Going forward, if I use Uhaul again, I will not rent a truck if I cannot pick it up from an actual Uhaul location where the employees are present and know what they are doing.

I pick up my truck using the online check-in and I was not informed that the additional items I requested were not in the truck. I missed the blankets I requested. The UHAUL agent was very nice in remove the items from my bill when I returned the truck.

Becks does not have staff dedicated to UHaul, so needed to wait for someone from their auto sales business to become available when picking up and dropping off. No other problems with my rental, and I would recommend this location for trailer rentals. I would not recommend for truck rentals until they get more experience and staff.

The person who collected the truck back checked everything on the truck but didn't mention that I'm going to be charged extra for fuel being lesser than it was at the time of pick-up. This is not professional and definitely not what I expected from a U-Haul experience. Was shocked to see additional fuel charges on the final invoice. I'm not going to go back to the location to challenge it but this is not the right way to run business. Disappointed.

No one to drop equipment off with and had issues showing location on iPhone. All was good and we got confirm email next day that equipment was checked in but it would have helped to be able to connect with someone.

We arrived at 8:30 to pick up scheduled truck. It was not available until 9:00 am when an employee was there. They employee showed up fifteen minutes late, causing us to be 45 minutes late.

No employees were willing to disconnect the trailer and complete my drop-off. They instructed me to do it myself using the after hours drop-off procedures during normal business hours. This was time consuming and a 60-year old man should not be expected to disconnect a trailer weighing hundreds of pounds. It was exhausting and painful, U-haul will not be my first choice in the future.

Place was under construction and couldn't find anyone to help. The truck itself ran well but the air conditioning was hit and miss the whole trip and the one tire rigging came off while driving even after I tightened it at last gas fillip.

Easy drop off and wide open on the side you need to park the trailers, which makes it nice. My only suggestion for this location, is to have signs at each entrance into becks auto group, specifying uhaul drop off/pick up. i came from the opposite side and they were hidden from my view. it was not a difficult find, but could have avoided driving around the store parking lot looking, while hauling a trailer, is all.
