The attendant was not willing to setup drop off location until I insisted that it was her responsibility. She told me I could call the 800 number to find a drop off when I got to my destination. She also refused to assist with hooking up the trailer. Additionally, the tires were dry rotted. She included an email address associated with my rental that I wasn't familiar with.

Terry B.The agent started the clock on our truck rental time, and then proceeded to give us a 20 minute briefing on our time. It was almost dark before we had a chance to inspect the truck for damage, there was no lighting where the truck was parked, the inside of the truck wasn't clean, and the fuel gauge registered below what we were told it was at. When we returned the truck, the agent told us the system was down and she couldn't check us in, so we were free to go drive the truck around since we brought it back several hours early. At $1,29 per mile we'd be stupid to do that. Customer service was lacking at both ends of the transaction.

TERRELL R.I was scheduled to pickup my truck at 11:00am. After I did all my online check in I went to the office to get the key per directions from UHaul. I was advised at the office the key was lost and a new key would have to be cut but that couldn't be done until 1:15pm already pushing me behind. When I returned back to the rental location a new had been cut but was not security programmed to the truck. Long story short a truck I was to pick up at 11:00am I wasn't able to get till 2:30pm forcing me to cancel plans I had already made costing me $400.00. I expected better. Extremely disappointed.

Kimberly P.If you make a reservation there's a high chance your gunna have to drive around and get the items that were supposed to be with the truck. Not only was my rental not where I wanted it neither was the items I needed. Then you get pushed to buy blankets you didn't even use. They did offer me a $10 refund which wasn't really worth my time.

richard T.This was just the drop off location but April was such a sweet person. She was right there as soon as i pulled in asked if we had a good experience with the truck and even joked about us both having nerdy face masks. Will definitely go back if i need a truck in belleville
roger N.The only reason I would not recommend this location is the attitude of the agent there. She was just plain rude. I had originally rented some blankets for my trip however I ultimately did not use them. When u returned the truck, I asked the agent whether she would charge me for the blankets (they were still sealed in the plastic) and she said that I had rented them and therefore I had to pay. I indicated for what use? She then in an exasperated tone said: "Alright I won't charge you for them!" Truck was fine, but i won't ever be coming back to this location. This young lady needs to get the chip off her shoulder and realize that it's customers who deliver her paycheck.
