Kamyra Williams WalkerI picked up the trailer Thursday afternoon and returned it Friday morning. I pulled into the place I rented the trailer (very busy place) and someone came out and asked me to follow them to drop off the trailer. I dropped off the trailer where there was other U-Haul equipment, he said it was good and he would take care of it from there. My bill shows I had it an extra day and charged for extra rental and insurance.

Patricia GeffrardI had a reservation for a specific size for a specific price (reserved the day before for 6 hours), I only needed a 15" truck. When I arrived, the location said they did not have trucks available except for one huge one 29" I believe that I did not need so much space for. Even though I had a reservation for one specific truck size, and it was this location's fault for not having trucks on site, they did not honor my reservation price and I still had to pay the difference. They should not be accepting reservations so easily and they need to triple-check their inventory and not have it available online. Its frustrating to arrive and not have the truck you reserved. They also turned down another customer that walked in after me, and had a reservation telling him they dont have any trucks available.

ROBERT PIETRUSINSKILocation did not have the equipment I paid for and was not advised until pick up. If that was the case I would've taken my business elsewhere. I was also charged extra for gas when I filled it over the expected amount. The brakes on my truck were very bad!

NATASHA HALLI initially had a reservation #24103255 from U-Haul of West Palm Beach - 4371 Okeechobee Blvd. They didn't have the vehicle available and directed me to this Belvedere location. which also didn't have the vehicle available and made me wait for some time to bring the vehicle from somewhere and adding miles to it. I was also charged 2 days for the dolly in a separate payment and never got one day back after returning the vehicle earlier. Employees were friendly though and tried to help.

Christopher HartleyHonor the reservation that the customer made, if by any reason you don'h have the vehicle reserved and switch to another model, the minimum you can do is to honor the price of the vehicle that was reserved and GUARANTEED . Parking is NO existent . Vehicle was dirty.
ANTONIO LOPESFirst I spoke to the owner twice over the phone confirming when I would be there to pick up the van I reserved. When I got to the location, I was told by the manager that the van had a flat tire and that it was not available, I asked him why he did'nt tell me that over the phone, he said he was not the one who spoke to me and then he started ignoring me while he rung up other customers, I waited on him about 10 minutes before I had to ask him when was he going to acknowledge my reservation. The manager ended up taking about 20 minutes to ring up my reservation. He was rude, unprofessional and showed no interest in my UHaul rental. I would never rent from this location again. Extremely poor customer service!!

Tim SmerkaThe 20' truck I reserved online was not available when I got to the pick-up location. I had to take a 15' truck instead. Therefore, I had to make multiple trips and the mileage fee went up. Also, I was not able to have a 24-hour rental. I had to return the same evening, which made the experience very stressful.
Jack MeeksI had resevered a 15' truck, at a different location, was sent to the Belvedere Mobil location. Upon arriving the attendent stated he had no 15' truck, made me wait for almost an hour, was extermely rude, the location was filthy, and finally was given an old dirty 10' truck. I am long time customer and have never had such a terrible experience with U-Haul. I will not recommend the Bevedere Mobil loction to anyone. Disappointed Victoria B.

ROBERT PIETRUSINSKIVery overcrowded. Location is difficult to get in and out of. The staff was very nice but there is limited space. I had to get dropped off and picked up because there is not even a designated area for parking if I needed to leave my car. The people that go to shop in the gas station were using the gas pumps as parking spots.

MILARTS LLCI chose the gas station location for drop off so that I could top off the gas tank. It was a VERY busy gas station with not much room to park the truck; however, after parking, I just walked in and handed the key to the person behind the counter.

The person on the phone told me they were at a different location 3 miles away 901 Belvedere West Palm. Even though the place I was at had UHAUL sign on the door. Maybe Uhaul should check on their sites every once in a while. So all said, I had lossy experience with Uhaul.

They gave me a cargo van with two flat tires and told me to put air in them so they don't get completely flat. That is super dangerous especially knowing the truck was in bad condition. (Location: 901 Belvedere Rd)
