This Spanish guy that work there over charges me for things I didn't not receive ! He charges me for gas when I brought the truck back on the same amount of gas I had gotten the truck on , he charges me 114 dollars and charges me for something he never gave me ! Even when I called him and ask him he said no I did not charge you for that , when I get my final bill , he did charge for it , and he didn't want to give me his name .

This place is awful, I was surprised. I am glad that I payed extra to not return the trailer at that location. Also, the trailer tongue was stuck under the axel of a moving truck, they had to put bricks under the wheels to clear it. Not a good place.
Laurent TDon’t try and upcharge your customers $80. The area was surrounded by homeless people and drug addicts who bothered me the entire time I waited for my U-Haul. For some reason had to pay 25 over what I was quoted on the website and app.
