Reliable place. Always open. Used this location many times over the last 12 months. Van cabs sometimes dirty and smelly, but always run fine. Would recommend.

It took two hours to locate us a truck. We reserved a 15ft truck. They ended up upgrading us to a 20ft truck after we got on the phone with uhaul. Not the first time we have had trouble with these guys and renting a truck. The number they give for help is useless. The answering service isn't on property. Thank goodness for uhaul customer service

The right back tire pressure was low, I only had a 1/4 tank of gas, and the truck was funky.

Very very dirty and even though I returned it 5 hours early they didn't account for that . Took us to the wrong location first and charged 60$ more than what uhaul estimate was. They cancelled my reservation so they can charge me more so basically a scam in the most ghetto location. Avoid

The truck had not been cleaned and had a terrible smell. Kleenex all over the floor and the driver door ashtray/section was full of water..:later on on I realized that someone probably left the window open so the seat was wet. Too late for me as I was already on the road and my butt all wet! Still recommend the location because of easy access to I95

It was a little odd because it was in a gas station, but plenty of U-Haul sitting up front to let us know we are in the right place. Owner was very nice and efficient.

Drop off location was extremely hectic and too busy. This is located on a corner gas station and does not have the proper space for trailers. I had to manually move the trailer myself because of such tight area and already full of other trailers as rental vehicles. Although the cashier was helpful I ended up unhooking the trailer myself and pushing it to the best spot because I couldn't wait for them to continue to do their cashier business at the gas station, they had two people as cashiers but nothing assigned to U-Haul specific.

The box truck 15" was dirty, from the mats to the seats having animal hair, the windshield wipers weren't installed correctly, it smelled funky,it was horrible. I don't recommend this location to anyone!!

Accessing the truck required stepping through mud and squeezing into a tight, poorly maintained area. The vehicle itself was dirty, had visible roaches, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite pre-registering and providing my reservation number, I was forced to repeat the entire check-in process. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The convenience store cashier has not had enough experience renting trucks and needed to be talked through the entire process. I was given a truck with around 3 gallons of gas in the tank and no working fuel gauge. I had to put gas in just to complete a 30 mile trip. The front drivers tire rubs against the wheel well when turned more than 10 degrees. The truck has trouble making third gear and squeals. There was no check in process. Just leave the keys and thanks for coming. The box of the truck was dirty. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

I was charged twice on my account for the same amount that’s kind of weird when I returned the keys I should have got a paper stating what my final charge was going to be including the extra miles I put on in because 168$ for a van for 2 hours is a extremely high

Took awhile to get the vehicle. Vehicle not clean, had leftover trash in it. Needed air in tires and also needed an oil change. I also said NO to insurance while booking on app and NO in person, and they still added it to the rental. Would NOT recommend this at all.

Its was a gas station with no room to park 26 ft truck with a trailer didn't realize that when selecting location. first girl behind counter didn't understand i was dropping a trailer off too for the equipment distribution.

Took longer then expected, long wait , the gas was already low but not at 40 miles as most are it was at 30 miles, truck smelled bad and was dirty in the back . But for the price its okay i guess not really a picky person,

We were changed to this site at the last minute by uhaul and it was a tiny gas station on a busy road, very small space, no parking area, extremely difficult to get in and out , all different kind of smoking products in the store which made me very uncomfortable and the staff who were extremely kind and friendly did not speak much English so I couldn't understand or explain about the rental.

Clearly communicate that no one would help to setup and secure car to auto transport. Other than that, it was a smooth pick-up process.

I recived the truck 30 minutes late. After bringing the truck back early they didn't closed out so we could charge more. First time they charged more then what it Schould be. Second day same trip but since I new what happened the day before I went up there and made the owner close it out. They still charged me less but not fare. Also 2 trips same distance but he charged me a different amount. O and they did not give my deposit back! Very disappointing!!

Better customer service and they gave all my identity to another customer used my credit card for another customer mess up all my reservations and gave the truck that I had reserved to another customer using all my information including my address my credit card information in the hand of another customer it all mest up I am still waiting for my full refund to comes in before I contact my bank and my lawyer this is a disaster I am very disappointed 🙁

It would've been better to walk around in the truck to verify all aspects of the truck maintenance. But the people at the pick up location were very friendly. I appreciate the fact that they were available 24 hours. And the process to check in and was very fast overall.

This location falsely claimed I didn't return the van with a full tank. Acknowledged that I only drove 22 miles but somehow used 10 gallons of gas. I did fill the tank and took a picture of it full when I dropped it off. Now I have to wait 3 days to see if an already dishonest location is going to do the right thing and refund me $47 I was wrongly charged

Pricing was a complete joke. Online estimated $24, got to the store and pricing was estimated at $25 to $26. Then the actual bill came and they charged me $40! $9 fpr 2 Gal of gas?? Plus the $6 fee for mileage. Ridiculous

Every time I go here there's a problem. He tried to refuse service and say "the system was down" then he tried to overcharge me for mileage. I think his goal was to make sure I never come back. There were so many people that gotten treated with more respect than me. It was very hurtful. It's like the manager had a personal vendetta against me. Sir, don't worry. You will NEVER see me again.

The pick-up location and staff were helpful & great. The truck itself had quite a lot of issues on our drive to Okeechobee County, in that the engine would randomly turn-off while on my drive up I-95, and then not turn back on for several minutes. Happened 8 times on our drive north. Just felt totally unsafe & frustrating. I called the drop-off location in Okeechobee on February 8th to notify them of the issue, just so they were aware. I then followed up on Sunday too, with another call to them.

Always extremely helpful and accommodating. I've rented a lot of uhauls from tons of locations and it's usually a nightmare but with these guys I have zero complaints ever.

This Spanish guy that work there over charges me for things I didn't not receive ! He charges me for gas when I brought the truck back on the same amount of gas I had gotten the truck on , he charges me 114 dollars and charges me for something he never gave me ! Even when I called him and ask him he said no I did not charge you for that , when I get my final bill , he did charge for it , and he didn't want to give me his name .

This place is awful, I was surprised. I am glad that I payed extra to not return the trailer at that location. Also, the trailer tongue was stuck under the axel of a moving truck, they had to put bricks under the wheels to clear it. Not a good place.

Don't try and upcharge your customers $80. The area was surrounded by homeless people and drug addicts who bothered me the entire time I waited for my U-Haul. For some reason had to pay 25 over what I was quoted on the website and app.

Truck was dirty. I had to sweep it out. The steering was very shaky and unsafe to drive. We already had it loaded when we realized the steering issue. Had to drive 800 mikes like that. The a/c and heater did not work. We had to keep turning it off and back on for it to work just a few minutes. We paid a lot for a beat up truck. Will look for alternatives next time.

I was sent to multiple locations to pick up the equipment I reserved. My pickup location was changed twice last minute. They tried to charge me double after I had to drive 20 minutes to pickup and drop off a dolly I already paid for.

The truck was filthy and the cabin smelled like urine, the mileage out was off by 20 miles and when I complained about both of these issues before leaving and after my arrival the agent did nothing about it and said we do not get paid to clean up the trucks. Also the 20 miles over charge was very obvious to both of us myself and the agent that someone in their outfit was using the trucks then passing on the charges to their unsuspecting customers. The uhaul business at this location is a bad business and they are ripping off their customers with their filthy trucks. TM5817M is the truck ID.

The one clerk who worked with u-haul was busy, was Behind the counter at a gas station/ups/amazon/food sale store, kept talking to other customers and clerks, took a while to shuffle trucks around to get to the trailer, then the plug from trailer to my car was not compatible, he told me to go to Home Depot or ace hardware and buy an adapter - i told him to unhook the trailer and cancel the sale until I could get back with the plug - he then miraculously found one in his car that he sold me for $10. By then I had been there over 1 1/2 hours, I asked him to redo the receipt with the current time ( which would affect my return time at destination) he said he could not do that. The guy that actually hooked the U-Haul to my vehicle could not speak English, causing more wait time.
