There is no clear key drop off point at this location. I believe that it should be communicated in the clearest of terms, to future clients, that they will need to personally drop off uhaul keys, during business hours, as this is certainly not a 24/7 access facility.

Ralph WOnline reservation was more than challenging. I had to reset my password multiple times and it appears it does not recognize password with a second access attempt. Store owner Omar was able to complete reservation but it took longer than expected for a reservation I thought was already done online. Omar was great to work and I will in the future if needed!
CARLOS AI was directed to this location to drop off my truck. I dropped off after hours, using the online system. The final step in the drop off process is to place the truck key in the Uhaul key dropbox. There is no dropbox, making drop off after hours impossible. I called Uhaul corporate and explained the situation to 2 people, neither of which was able to explain why there isn't a dropbox, and simply told me to keep the key, leave the truck in the parking lot, and try to return during business hours another day. Nonsensical and very inconvenient.
