This was so out of the way for me to pick up a truck. I will not use U~Haul again.
DEBRA MLocation was supposed to open at 10a for me to swap my truck. It wasn't open even at 10:15a, and there was no truck there. I don't know if this is a U-Haul corporate, or location-specific problem. But I'd never rent from there again.
