It was easy to get it. The only thing I had an issue was with the late night drop off. I couldn't get into the session to click it. And by the time I did, I had already locked the truck and put the keys in their designated spot. A reminder saying "don't do that until you have finished the late night return" would of been nice. But the gentleman who helped me get it at the start was fantastic.Roxanne H.

1. Give the customer proper notice of when and where to pick up their U-haul. If this isn't possible, let them know of the posibilites for delay or location change and any other new proticols you have. 2. Add an equiptment maintenance protocal to your routine. We arrived with the Uhaul at my place only to discover the lock wouldn't open! Very frustrating, time we didn't have to spare and the extra expense of milage to troubleshoot this problem.Travis M.
Speed up the on-line approval time. I waited over 20 minutes after entering all my data to get "approved". It used up some of my rental time.Charlie M.

I picked my van up from a small convenience store. The guy at the counter was quick, helpful, and friendly. The van was perfect for my needs. Everything went as well as I could have hoped.Rebecca S.
Equipment that was rented wasn't in truck. Contractor could not provide insurance and declined it without my consent although I had requested it on the order. Machine went down when I attempted to look at terms and conditions.Sarah Y.
