The customer service was non existent. The truck I reserved was not there and they tried to say I was late when I had reserved my original truck for 8 hours not 7 The store smelled like marijuana and there were kids running around. They look like a grungy smoke shop. The truck was filthy and had a large bookshelf and random items. Had to sweep it out. I will never return or recommend anyone go there for anything.

I had to go out of my way to get blankets and a dolly that wasn't ready for me. Then I get charged for a furniture dolly I didn't even get.

Melissa WI had nothing but problems scheduling and picking up a uHaul truck for my latest move. I was told that a manager would be contacting me to discuss all the issues and have still not heard back from anyone. I've used Uhaul several times before as I have an invested interest in the company, I was incredibly disappointed in this overall experience which was by far the worse one I've ever had!!
