The locations were fine. The 10' truck is terribly uncomfortable to drive. The seats are like sitting on a sidewalk and leaning against a wall. I had to stop and purchase a lumbar support for the full two days of driving.

Our location was switched by U-haul from a desk pick up with an employee to a location with a self pick up. Unfortunately that information was not updated within the app by U-haul and we spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why I could not check in on my phone. Customer service was very kind and helpful once we were connected and helped get us on our way.

Toni was pleasant to deal with and the truck was at my preferred location, which was fairly close to home and kept mileage charges to a minimum. I received my online receipt promptly and there were no 'surprises.' A great experience.

Patty Bdrop off location was change as they apparently were not on list that I choose from rental time. Then on Saturday the place is closed without a key drop box. Terrible way to operate a customer based service.

Charles LAs we got on the road, we discovered that the windshield wiper blades needed replacing. Other than that, everything was in good condition.
Daniel DCupholders were sticky. Gas was only at ¼ tank, had to stop right away to fill. Otherwise good.

jane mThe trailer was dirty both inside and outside. The brake lights and blinkers on the trailer did not work until we got the trailer washed. The man who helped us pick up the trailer didn't have the equipment to get us registered and fill out the paper work so we had to wait for someone else from Corporate to do it. This took over an hour. All he did was complain about his job and the new processes. Very unprofessional.

maria gWe showed up having uploaded credit card and DL information online...the person that was there when we arrived said he needed our credit card and DL again and overall it seemed to take longer than we had anticipated. The equipment we rented was also not on the truck and we were the first reservation of the day arriving about 20 minutes after they opened. I received my receipt this morning via email and we were double charged for everything! I'm very disappointed and haven't heard back from anyone after calling and talking to them this morning...I'm hoping they get my billing fixed and don't overcharge me but overall felt like maybe the person we delt with maybe just needs more training.
