Our location was switched by U-haul from a desk pick up with an employee to a location with a self pick up. Unfortunately that information was not updated within the app by U-haul and we spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why I could not check in on my phone. Customer service was very kind and helpful once we were connected and helped get us on our way.

The rental was flawless. Communication was great, on the phone and Net. Toni was pleasant to deal with and the truck was at my preferred location, which was fairly close to home and kept mileage charges to a minimum. I received my online receipt promptly and there were no 'surprises.' A great experience.
