The truck was dirty and seemed like it was not cleaned or sanitized after the last person. The truck smelled and the truck had no freaking A/C! We are in texas moving, that makes no sense to not have the ac working or tell the customer that it is our or give them another functioning truckBRITTANY N.

Overall decent experience. No issues with the location, or service at that facility. My main pain point was the online customer experience . Very inefficient. I had to enter duplicate information. Data that you would expect to automatically transfer to the location's system does not transfer, so I wasted a lot of time providing the same data multiple times. Not to mention the more times you have to share data, cyber attacks increase. Not something you want associated with your brand.Scott P.
Inspect the trucks before releasing them to customers. The check engine light ignited soon i started the van. There was no other van available at the time and I had professional movers on the clock. The electronic communications do not send accurate messages. I signed up for Truck Share so I could pick up the van overnight so that it would be available to movers early the next morning. I received an electronic message that the equipment was ready. After I called an Uber and arrived to the lot only to find out that I would have to return at 7 AM for a pick up. How disappointing. Hire additional customer service representatives. I had to make four phone calls and each one had me on hold for at least an hour. It was exhausting. At the end, my bill was incorrect. This location isn't the prettiest. But i gave it â€œExcellent,â€ because of the clean truck, convenience and speedy process! I didn't have a reservation but was driving the truck within 5 minutes after arriving! And returned truck online, in less than 2 minutes!!MARQUIS M.
This guy literally was running s convenience store at the same time as he was getting me set up with a truck. Took 30 minutes and he was a jerk the whole time rolling his eyes every time I said anything like I was an inconvenience. It sucked.MASON H.

Our original order had to furniture dollies and one appliance dolly. They were Out of all the equipment that I requested and they still charge me for it. And only gave me two utility dollies which were returned.KEISHLA J.

I was helped by Isa and this guy was spot on with his service, Knowledge and attitude. I have been renting from this location for a couple years and several other locations as well and this rental was the best service I have ever received. Not taking away for Isa's great service, but the van I rented was a rolling oven, the A/c was broken and from all signs it was broke for the customer or customers before me. At this location you get what you get, often times the trucks fall short on cleanliness, have no Washer fluid or a check engine light is on or a low tire warning is on. There is no sign of service for the trucks at this location. However the good customer service makes it bearable for a quick rental.Bryan E.

The WIFI wouldn't work and it took awhile to finally complete the drop off website application on my iPhone including taking pictures of the truck, mileage, cab and cargo area. Great idea but it was late in the night when I did drop it off and I did not feel safe in this particular area of Dallas.PAMELA S.

Not all the supplies that were requested were available at pickup, but it still showed on the receipt that I had received the furniture dolly. The drop off location was changed to a location 20 miles away from where I requested dropping truck. I told the attendant and he replied that I could drop off at any location. Fortunately I knew the owner of the desired drop off location and he helped me get it the destination changed with no additional fees.MARK M.

The attendant at the store did not say more than 2 words. Barely said hello. The vehicle was dusty and dirty inside. I wiped down the steering wheel and the sanitation wipe turned brown. The checkin process via the app was great.ROSALINDA R.
I'm going to give the 2nd question n/a with an explanation attached to it. The inside was acceptable but the outside of the van was filthy. The customer service was great. I give this location 4 out of 5 stars. I took one star away because the outside was filthy and van seats needs to be vacuum.Latunya M.
The trucks brakes were out almost hit another car several times the transmission was slipping overall the truck was raggedy and needs some workAPRIL S.

This is as not my original pick up site. My reservation was made at another location about three miles west on Irving. There were trucks in front when I went for my 9:00 pick up....but no people. The phone number on the door of this hole in the wall pharmacy was disconnected. The people in the business next door said there is never anyone in that office. I went back three times over the next two hours and finally gave up. I am very glad I had not paid in advance. This location does not represent UHaul well and should be closed. Fortunately, the location I actually rented from had a truck available snd handled everything very professionally.DOUGLAS K.

Did not like the App at all. Slow and clunky. Way too much info required. Names and phone numbers of multiple alternative contacts (who apparently were really contacted) ?!?!? This may be convenient for the rental site, but its not that convenient for the renter. I am also very uneasy about submitting photos of my DL online. Just waiting for the bad consequences.George D.
