peter cSketchy location …… was concerned for my safety
DOUGLAS LI believe that I selected the option to check into the vehicle inside the store. I was forced to complete the process online. The van was not clean when I received it. There was a used cup in the cup holder and the cargo portion hadn't been cleaned. Also, there was a notification that two of the tires needed air on both the passenger and the drivers side. In addition, I've never needed someone from U-Haul to verify my identity whenever I've rented a truck or a van. Having to do so and wait on the operator to call someone to confirm who I am delayed my move process. There was no reason that picking up the van took as long as it did. It was an extremely frustrating process this time around.
Jocelyn GOnce again, wouldn't recommend and UHaul family dealers since you can't return the truck when you picked it up. Only options were 20-30 miles out of the way and resulted in me paying more in gas and mileage use.
Chase UI was a little uncomfortable arriving at night for the pick up but the staff member who helped me was fantastic.

DAVID DService was horrible. UHUAL switched me to another location and downgraded me to a basic cargo van when I reserved a Dodge Ram 9 foot passenger van. The agent told me It would be the exact same Van and it was not. Then I was overcharged for everything. Horrible place. When I try to call to speak with a manager, I get no answer. Terrible experience. Wouldn't Recommend. 1 star.

JEFFERY TI was charged fuel charge upon return when I had more gas in the vehicle after returning than when I checked it out. I took pictures before and after. The people at this location do nothing but rip people off.
Stephanie CPick up location was fine. The truck was nasty inside and out. Spilled drinks all over the floor and console, coins stuck to the sticky residue. Trash and ketchup packets all over the dash and floor. The brakes didn't work well. Inconsistent pedal feel and pulled hard left when brakes applied. It didn't pull every time but most of the time, VERY DANGEOUS. Reported when I turned in the truck but the guy didn't seem to care. Also the cargo area was not clean either, not bad but they could have at least removed the last renters trash.

ELIDA HI called to confirm my pickup because my original location changed to this location. He wouldn't confirm and said if you got a notification then it's fine. I asked if my truck came with a lock. He said some do and some don't. I said i needed 1 and he said I would get 1. I asked are u sure and he said yes. When i arrived he said only 15 ft comes with locks. I said I called and confirmed and he just repeated the same thing. Tried to buy a lock and he didn't have any so i had to go to lowes to buy 1. Ridiculous

MANUEL RI made a reservation one dolly, but they did not prepare. They just told me ,they do not have any dolly,so take out from my account. That is it.
Kwinam CThe store owner/clerk did not read the disclaimer that I would recieve a text message that would send me a link to verify my equipment. There were a few charges I would have been able to dispute if I verified the miles and gas in the beginning.

Chris Sthe 15 foot u-haul was given to me with 3 miles and they only gave me an $18 dollar fuel credit and told me I had to bring it back with minimum 1/4 of a tank, which would have cost me over $50 dollars out of pocket on top of the cost of rental and mileage. The u-hauls were very unorganized and hard to access, I had to have the employee move 4 other trucks just to get the one he rented me to be able to back out and drive. The whole process took an hour even when I checked in on the app. They did not have a utility dolly and the inside of the car was dirty, sticky with spills, and obviously has not been cleaned. The employee after was not able to provide me with any type of receipt on what I had paid or proof of return. I will never rent from this place again and I would never recommend anyone renting from them.
Sean RI got charged for the hole thing I thought there was a deposit I was supposed too get back .so screw u haul never again will I use u haul dirty equipment up on rental .

Ruben VMy reservation clearly stated that I would pick up my 9' cargo van at 7:30AM and return at 11:30AM. You receive no instruction to arrive early until you actually initiate the mobile pick up process. I arrived (now late according to the instructions that were provided to me after the fact) to start the process and receive a notification that a vehicle had not been assigned to my reservation (?). I sat on hold for 20 minutes before hearing that the reason I would not be able to pick up my van was because the keys were not left in the drop box by the staff the night before. I was instructed to return at 9:00AM and pick up the keys from the employees after the shop opened. However, I expresssed that I had plans in the afternoon and that this wasnt my fault - the employee over the phone basically said "im sorry that's too bad" - dismissing my suggestion at the $50 reimbursement for a mistake THEY made, not me. Fortunately, I was able to rework my plans (after being forced due to do so at the choice of UHaul's irresponsiblity) and pick up the van at 9AM. Regardless, if this company has a reimbursement policy that "Should Company, through no fault of Customer, fail to meet the agreed upon rental time, place, and Equipment size, Company shall pay to Customer a $50 Reservation Guarantee fee and still attempt to fill the reservation request" then they should honor that. This circumstance they failed to meet the rental time and owe me 50 dollars as a result. I delayed over two hours my move. ridiculous.
Dylan CWe drove 11 miles and they charged me for 2 gallons of gas when I returned it. We were within the range circled on the paper to be within during checkout. He told me no problem and did not have time to check me out when we returned the vehicle. He would email me the final ... which then billed us 2 gallons of gas.

STERLING DWhen I picked up the truck, the attendant was not very clear with his communication. He made it sound like he physically did not have a 20' truck onsite when in reality, he DID have one, he just didn't want to release the truck to me because he thought I had a one-way contract. When I clarified that I had agreed with the customer service rep over the phone to drop off the truck at the same location as pickup, he suddenly had a truck onsite. I noticed a giant slash on the driver's rear tire's sidewall and threading after I had picked it up. These trucks need to be better inspected before releasing them to customers because the damage to the tire could have caused major issues.
Daniel SWhen I called to reserve the truck… I was told that I could pay $100 and unlimited When I arrived to pick the truck up- U-Haul completely changed the charge and ended up charging me over $300.
Carrie LLocation was okay but area a bit rough. We tried to do a self drop off but wasn't sure where to put the dollies so they wouldn't get stolen. The cashier was helpful enough and took care of us…thanks!

TWYLANA HI would recommend this location with a note that there may be some safety issues with the store location. Parking lot has very large pot holes. The store is basically a convience store that has barrier security plexiglass for the safety of the employees as if there are issues with crime.
Dennis SThis location consistently checks in your rental hours after you drop off your equipment, in order to squeeze out more money so that it rolls over into another day. They have also aggressively blown up my phone with calls claiming that we have stolen equipment (ex: dolley) when we have never rented anything other than moving trucks, and we rent multiple times a month consistently. If this continues we will find another business to use moving forward.

Charla SAt this particular location it was just one person working it was running the U-Haul rental and cashier for the store it took a while to get my rental. When I returned he had customers in the store he just got my key and told me that'll be it that's all he didn't check the vehicle he didn't check the mileage or anything.

SHAKIRA TJust make sure that the vehicle.doesnt reek of body odor like musk and cigarettes. Need to be sprayed out after every use with lysol.
LaKeysha JVery disappointed. In advance, I had reserved a roller dolly and when I arrived at location, the associate said, wirh zero empathy, "ya, we don't have that here. You can buy one". I was stunned !!! What is the point in making a reservation and then being forced to buy one ? So because I needed one, I reluctantly purchased one for $19.99. Not impressed at all. Also, the associates at this location does not give good customer service. I would think they would help me carry out the blankets I rented and show me where the vehicle is. Quite the opposite. Took me about 7 minutes to find the vehicle on the lot and then I had to go back for round 2 to get the blankets. Not impressed with the lack of customer service.
Brian FTruck was damaged with a banged-up front bumper and grill. The truck was filthy inside and out. Inside floors, seats and dash had dried mud all over them. Inside had garbage on the dash and floors. Box of truck was littered with debris. I had to ask the staff at the pick up location to sweep out the box before I would take the vehicle. I reserved 6 bundles of padding. The person at the location said he would "give me what he had" and didn't think had the full amount that I reserved. I informed him that is what i reserved days ago and he needs to have it or I would go elsewhere to rent a truck. He argued with me that he can only give me what Uhaul left him. I reminded him I would go elsewhere if he did not have what I reserved and once he actually went and looked, he did indeed say he had enough. Every truck in their lot looked extremely unkept and dirty. I will never rent from this location again and may never rent from Uhaul again. A terrible experience.
John KThe customer service is great, mainly the same 2 salesman at this location. All of my rentals have been good vehicles. The last one I rented had bad brakes. Shouldn't have been rented out. Brakes scrubbed every time you pressed them, clearly metal to metal sounds.
Davy WThe truck was old and the smell inside the cab was unbearable. The passenger mirror was tied down to hold it so I didnt have that mirror to use the entire trip. The fuel gauge did not properly work and jumped around so gauging the fuel in it vs filling it up was impossible.
Kelly CEquipment was largely not well maintained or clean. Low washer Low air pressure Some sort of spill in van storage we had to waste 6 blankets lining the floor with them. Shattered side view mirror. All this and the vehicle only had 23k miles.
Joe SUnfortunately, I have no idea. There's an incompetence problem with the workers at this location who don't seem to care about UHaul customer assistance. It made the process difficult, and impacted me financially.
