DOUGLAS LI believe that I selected the option to check into the vehicle inside the store. I was forced to complete the process online. The van was not clean when I received it. There was a used cup in the cup holder and the cargo portion hadn’t been cleaned. Also, there was a notification that two of the tires needed air on both the passenger and the drivers side. In addition, I’ve never needed someone from U-Haul to verify my identity whenever I’ve rented a truck or a van. Having to do so and wait on the operator to call someone to confirm who I am delayed my move process. There was no reason that picking up the van took as long as it did. It was an extremely frustrating process this time around.
Jocelyn GOnce again, wouldn’t recommend and UHaul family dealers since you can’t return the truck when you picked it up. Only options were 20-30 miles out of the way and resulted in me paying more in gas and mileage use.
