Finding the drop-off location was difficult and the staff was not very helpful with the process of returning the equipment. I was instructed to park the trailer anywhere and had to detach it ourselves (fortunately I was not alone.)

Truck was not there at time of my reservation which was not the location's fault. Employees of Big Tool Box were very helpful and cordial.

Rented a pick up truck and a dolly. The pick up was filthy inside the cab and in the bed of the truck. When advised, the people at the desk just apologized but did nothing to remedy the issue and blamed it on the staff the previous day who did the return on the pick up. They also forgot the dolly and I am still trying to get a hold of someone at the main uhaul customer service center to issue the refund I never received. The store advised they couldn't issue the refund and it would be refunded to my card. The store processed the paperwork again showing the refund after doing it incorrectly the first time. I will never rent from this location again.

Everything was great. The Truck was available per the reservation time. Check out / check in was very fast and simple.

There were many places where there was damage on truck that were not marked by black x's. To many photos to send in as link to send them in does not work. Initial reservations for trailer mysteriously totally disappeared.when tried to pick up. Made truck reservation, paid, and when transferred i believe to dispatch minutes later, that truck I already paid for also disappeared. I was lucky to get a truck at another location but had check the truck outhours before i needed it, sit in my car for hours because they closed much earlier. Many hours spent in a very problematic, reservations don't mean you will get a truck or trailer you paid for. or that you will get it at the location or time you paid for.

This was the worst experience renting a vehicle that I have ever had!!!!! We had a reservation to pick up the van at 10:00am on Saturday (reservation #90633108). We got there, stood in line fo 30 minutes, get up to the clerk and we’re told they did not have our van. They did not know when they would have one because the people had not returned it. We had to ask them to try and locate another. Reluctantly the woman clerk said she would try. While my husband was talking to her, I asked the gentleman in the office for help. He wouldn’t even turn around and look at me, just very abruptly said, “We don’t have any vans and I can’t help you,”. The rudest people to deal with and I do feel a little sorry for them as we were not the only ones at the time that did not have their reservations filled. The employees clearly did not want to be there and were not handling the situation professionally! Finally, the woman told us that there was a van at the Holly location (Big Tool Box) and they were holding a van. We drove over to that location and were told they did not have a van for us. My husband was so upset by this point that we had just wasted an hour trying to rent a van that we supposedly had RESERVED, that he said let’s go! When we drive out, we noticed that they in fact did have 2 of the vans sitting in the parking lot so I went back in to find out why we could not rent one of those. Just then, another van was returned, so they rented us one. Finally over an hour later and with MUCH FRUSTRATION, we finally got a van. (The Big Tool Box location employees were much nicer!) This was the worst experience! We will NEVER rent another vehicle from Uhaul unless it’s the only choice. What good is a reservation if you don’t have the van as promised? It was like the Seinfeld skit where you know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation, which is the most important part! Terrible experience!!!!!

These guys were great, but I was supposed to pick it up at the County Line location. After being told buy a complete idiot that worked there that “there’s no 26’ in the state of Colorado, he comes back with “oh look, there’s one in Conifer that you can go get” . That was the city that I was moving to which is about an hour and a half away. After about another half an hour waisted with Jon, the idiot from County Line Rd, the guys from Holly location called him for something and guess what? Yep, they had two 26’ just sitting there. I went over there and those guys were great! You can read my whole review on Google Maps under the County Line location. Also, it cost me an extra $38.52 in mileage!!!

U-Haul changed my pick-up location without my knowledge, which caused significant delays for me. This is unacceptable, and I will not use U-Haul again. I called to confirm the hours of the pick-up site and was provided incorrect information. Clean the interior of the vehicle. Coffee and who knows what else had been spilled on the console. The gas tank was not completely full.

I was disappointed that my original reservation was not there. The first text confirmation had the incorrect location for pick-up. When I stopped at the Big Tool Box U-haul location to make sure they changed it to my original location on Holly, I also confirmed that change. When I arrived to pick up the truck on Sunday, they did not have one for me. The one reserved, which was supposed to be returned the day before, was not there. The person behind the counter figured out an option for me, but I was in a panic. If would have been nice to get a call beforehand if the rental was not there, or call the people who had the rental to remind them to return it.

The online process is a good start but needs to be smoother. If a customer is late, online check in should still work. The authentication process needs to be smoother as well; if it’s a two-part authentication process, maybe one can be drivers license as is, and another can be an email from the email address listed with purchase.

The centennial location was excellent, the locations in golden however were terrible, no customer service, screwed up my original trailer reservation and desided to let someone else take it. Day later i went to centennial and was taken cate of.

There is really nothing wrong with this location, the kids working the counter were helpful, but the location itself wasn't all that inviting. It was a super busy morning when we turned in the keys so the wait was a bit longer than anticipated, mainly because the venue also rents out equipment and tools.

The self-pick up process was incredibly frustrating. It took up over 30 minutes of our rental time. The actual truck was not in the best condition. There were cigarette butts in the front and trash in the back such as plastic and lots of soil. We had to sweep it out prior to use. Also, the location does not have great cell service for AT&T users so loading the internet and location services took a great deal of time. I really wish I would have just chosen to pick up the truck from staff in the store.

2 Issues: I was charged for fuel in spite of the fact I replaced the fuel I used and the shop employees refused to consider my proof. I had taken a picture of the gas gauge before leaving the lot and complained the fuel level was not in agreement with the clerk's stated level and the clerk ultimately denied I brought this to his attention before I departed with the rental truck. Secondly, the mileage out on the contract did not agree with the picture I took of the mileage gauge before departure.
