Jada R.I was provided assurance that i could choose a drop off location at the conclusion of my rental. It didnt happen that way. And when i called Uhaul to address, i was on interminable hold, call disconnected w/o resolution, no call back. I have no intention of allowing myself to be in this position again, which means i will not turn to uhaul for my future needs.

Tanu D.The truck gas gage doesn't go pass half mark ,I put $60 in the tank after I had driven only 40 miles and the needle only went to a halfway mark,also truck was burning oil or something,heavy smoke coming from underneath truck

Temitope A.I have arrived at the location at 730 however using the application I was unable to retrieve the car. I had renewed my driver license the day prior and I had the electronic version of temporary renewal license. I was unable to upload the electronic version of temporary renewal license and customer service told me that I have to have physical printed version of the temporary renewal license. So I had to go to FedEx and printed for temporary license from my phone directly and was able to retrieve the car. It took me 1 hour to print it, as it was very early in the morning. It was total waste of time and it did not make any sense to be unable to retrieve the car even though I had to prove that I have renewed my driver license. I still do not understand what is the difference between uploading the electronic version on my phone (which is impossible to do throu uhaul app) or printing the exact same version of the temporary license and taking the photo of it with Uhaul app (which is still electronic version of my printed renewal license). total waste of time. customer service was not helpful stating that 'they cannot confirm the electronic version as they do not want to lose their job' but when I printed the exact same electronic version and took the picture of it they confirmed that, I do not see any difference but just wasted my time for nothing.

I also put the contract in the box. But I wasn't told to check in online after I took the truck back. I spoke with the salesman and told him that there was a $20. late fee but he said that there would be no fee added to my account.

TRAVELIS H.THE TRUCK HAD MECHANICAL PROBLEMS, WHEN ACCELERATING, THE TRUCK STRUGGLED AND HAD HARD TIME WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. THE TRUCK WAS ALSO DIRTY NOT CLEANED. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

LOUIS H.The trailer I reserved was not available at the agreed upon time and location. It was supposed to be available at Paco's in Columbia. Bikers Point was not the original planned pick up location. The trailer had been returned to the Biker's location unexpectedly the day before and I had to drive over there to pick it up. The experience would have been better if the trailer had been available in Columbia as planned or if U-Haul had advised me of the change before I showed up at Paco's' However, the Biker's Point manager handled the change well and made the pickup as smooth as possible.
