DOUGLAS MThe Truck was clean, hard to get it into reverse and drive. Plus I think I left my keys in the truck when I dropped it off. The office was closed before 3 as noted. there was a sign that said to text them if there are any issues, I tried to call the number and sent several text messages about needing to find my keys, I finally got a text message back and they said I had to wait until Monday that the U-Haul part was closed. Now its Monday Ive called and send a few text messages with no reply still and it says they are open at 10am. This is very frustrating, The service is terrible.

FRANCISCO VThe online app check-in process was NOT clear. The "Next Steps" was a slide up or double tap option on a mobile device. It was not intuitive that that needed to be done. "Next steps" should have been a button. Also, when I was returning the truck, my phone's Location was having a problem so I had to call to report the truck returned.

ELIZABETH SLocation was great customer service super I was very pleased. The only thing you might do is let folks know when they rent the truck that they have to push the button to take off the tow mode every time you start the engine. Merci.
ELAINE GTruck wobbles on highway Pulls to the left Stutters/perks while crushing 60 miles. Engineer or transmission issue seems like This truck should not have been rented for our long journey. I am requesting a refund for the uncfprtable and unsafe condition of this vehicle.

Aside from the call center reservations I call the actual locations and ask questions, Right up front David was very understanding of what we needed and went the extra length to make our move easier. He also picked up on a mistake from the call center because the lines were down. So he was able to schedule me himself. He was patient and thoroughly explained everything. And was very helpful when we returned the truck. It was a nice truck and clean. We will definitely use his business again.

Kevin SLocation was good, they guys were very quick and polite and explained everything perfectly however truck wasn't really clean and the front end of the truck shook really bad when trying to brake. I did take video footage and will be calling to speak with someone one regards to this matter. We had to make an 8+ hour drive with a truck we weren't completely safe in and fully loaded. As you can imagine I was not very happy about that.

DAVYF PWas a sewing shop. Charged me 25 dollars late drop off fee when I dropped off at 4 pm. I questioned he said no English. Unbelievable stole my 25 dollars from my Credit card. Could not talk/dispute it because he don't speak English and I was standing in a sewing shop ….. great new years horror story ending. Thanks. You Haul. Will not be back. Joe

Jose RThe app is terrible. Experience was awful. Customer service was awful. The in app truck pictures were missing a ton of dents and scratches.
Paul NThere was only one vehicle available of the type I chose. It wasn't clean and the rr tire alert popped up. The app did not work (very slow). I had delete and redownload. It was equally as slow during the return process. Upon check in the support team dropped the call.

Thomas WUhaul need to overhaul their website and app connectivity. It was unbearably slow and took about 45 minutes to complete the return process. Mainly due to the fact the photos took forever to upload even with full cell phone service.
