Pick up by phone is ridiculous. It took 75 minutes to get the van, when in person it would have taken 10 minutes. Your app wasn't working properly, kept kicking out, and person on the phone was rude.

Was a little upset with this rental. When i brought the van home I noticed the right rear blinker was not working. They did immediately tell me I could bring it back down to be replaced which I did. However they did charge me the additional mileage which I feel should not have been my expense. It was only 11 miles, but still feel they should have reduced the mileage usage by that much. It is only around 13 with tax but it would have been a nice gesture. Just wanted to comment on that. Everything else was great.

This comment is not about the location, it is about U-Haul corporate: get your shit together and have car hauler trailers available at all U-Haul locations. Renting this trailer was the worst experience ever because of corporate mistakes.
