This is the second time I've used Bill's Service Center for my U-Haul needs. Both times it's been very straight forward with all questions answered and the rental process clearly explained. They made it all stress-free.

STEVE CMy concern is with the U-Haul policy and a really bad customer experience to get the reserved truck and location. Reserved 26ft Truck on about 3 weeks ahead of the date I needed the truck, but 2 days before I was informed that truck is not available at the location I booked. Now I have an option of bringing the truck from 30 miles away or downgrade to 20ft truck yet from 20 miles away. Customer care service rep was very rude while giving me the options. Reserved again at another nearby location (2 days advance). Again reservation is changed to another location which is 20 miles away. Why let me reserve it if its not going to be available on that day? Moving is a exhausting experience, last day (or two) changes are not appreciated at all.
