David HLocation was nicely located, but the sign was nearly impossible to find - hidden behind other signs. Be prepared for curt interactions with the staff. The guy at the front desk (even though I had just spoken to him 30 minutes prior) was completely blank when I came in an asked about the rental (which I reserved online). "Drivers license" is literally the only thing he said. On top of it all, the truck had a quarter tank of gas - like WTF isn't it easier to just have the tank full? Not really happy. Check out was a bitch. If you are making me do all this extra work to check out the truck when I return it at least make things clear. You have to take pictures, well good luck at that when it is dark out and the truck gets parked in a corner. Finally, the next morning I got a call from Mr Talkative at the front desk asking about where I left the keys. . . . . I left them where I was told through the fucking app. ugh

courtney tTell corporate to rework the online process because I couldn't finish the process. It's way to complicated not user friendly at all.
Randall KThis location was very unprofessional. When I called to change my time, I was told someone would be there Saturday when I came to pick the truck up in person. when I got to the location no one was there. I called the number that was left on a note on the window and the customer service told me that they closed at 12 due to the holiday. That's not what I was told on Friday it is unprofessional for you to inform your customers of a time change and I could not get in the lock box. The people who had my items had already had my stuff waiting for me to come back with the truck. I should've arrived back to them at 12:30. I got back to them by 130. It is unprofessional for you to give me a dirty truck and it is unprofessional for you to give me a truck where the tire pressure was low your customers out on the road with the truck that was not prepared . it is illegal for you to sign an agreement which I did not sign you cannot sign for the customers. The customers Hass to be there in person to sign the agreement. It is illegal. My father was a manager at a U-Haul company in Newark New Jersey for years this is the worst experience of all the U-Haul companies are used because of this experience the next time I move, I will pay a Moving Company and I will go on social media and give this location a poor review .

PAULIUS MI picked the vehicle up after hours and had to use the uhaul app. I had an issue with the headshot feature, as it didn't recognize my face as a person. I am a black woman and I tried about 10 times with no luck. I tries with my husbands face (a white man) and it worked on the first try with the same distance and same bright lighting. This could have been a coincidence, but the facial recognition software needs to be improved.

Jorge RMake sure gas level on rental agreement agrees with vehicle . Mine show 3/8 full when it only had a 1/4 tank. I checked in showing 3/8 so I wouldn't get charged . Actual gas in same as gas out

Naresh-Kumar BAlthough I reserved moving equipments they were not reserved for me and has been held for another customer as it was a large order. So I didn't get my furniture dolly and blankets for the move.
BHAKEESWARAN TUsing the app to check in or return the vehicle was extremely difficult, connectivity was hit or miss. What should have taken a few minutes took me nearly twenty to check in and checking out took even longer.

Anthony LWhile the attendant was great and helpful, the truck itself only had 1/4 tank of gas, so we were immediately delayed to re-fuel, and had to guess at the amount to put back in the tank. Should always be supplied full so one can simply fill upon return. Also, annoyed by price effects - insurance (who would ever risk it? Should include in advertised cost), motor vehicle tax, environment fee. The "Save $25!" note inside the van - with smaller print telling us we had to sweep/clean to avoid a $25 surcharge - rubbed me the wrong way. Could simply tell us that at checkout, or refund $25 if returned clean.
