Nice and easy pickup and drop off. The truck was kind of old and beat, but it worked fine. Staff was friendly and my equipment was ready to go as soon as i got there.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only issue I had was that the truck had only 1/8 of a tank of gas... and I wasn't sure how much gas I would need for my trip. I ended up putting a lot more gas in that I needed. Just an estimate of how much gas I would need for my trip to Colmar from the rep would have been helpful.
MICHAEL MEmployee was 25 minutes late for work leaving us standing outside, holding up our movers that I was paying by the hour. No apology when she finally showed up. She didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we were waiting around for her to stroll in 25 minutes late. She then notified me that they did not have the 2 handtrucks I reserved 3 weeks earlier. The day of my move, already 25 minutes late, and now I find out I have no handtrucks to use for my move. Horrible customer service, no apology for that either. Completely horrible experience I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone. It’s also the first thing I tell people when they ask how my move went. Do not use U-Haul they completely destroyed a move that I planned flawlessly for 5 weeks, creating so much extra work and time, absolutely wasted time.

Gary FI do not have any comment for improvement. Everything was great. Dawn was very kind and understanding and helpful. She was a pleasure to meet and work with.
