Perfect drop off location to where we moved and the staff were friendly and professional!
SAMUELE DTruck had serious play in the steering. Unsafe to drive. Hard to keep in the center of the road. I had no options and took side roads to mitigate.
Michael P1st time using UHaul. Loved the experience. Big detractor was the fact that UHaul takes orders with no available equipment at the location. Then you find out last minute and have to go 45 minutes out of the way to another location. I heard the stories from others, but it really sucks when it happens to you. Assuming this is very common, and it will make me hesitant in the future.

ERIKA SThere was no available seating for a mobility challenged person. My other problem is that my reservation that was confirmed was for a 15 foot truck yet they charged me for a 20 foot truck. When I asked about the price difference, I was simply told sales tax was added to the price.

BRUCE MI had a very hard time getting the code to the lockbox with the key. The app was not very user friendly and I had a very hard time with the geolocation. I was standing at the location, but the app didn't agree. It took almost 30 minutes to get the key.

Douglas JI had read the reviews of potential drop offs. I selected Blackjack because of the reviews and the convenient location. The gentleman at the desk was very courteous and promptly check in the truck - easy peasy. The waiting area is what one would expect for a towing company - comfortable enough to wait for my ride home. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some music, instead of sitting in silence (after a brief chat with the guy at the desk).

Betsey HI received emails about this rental even though I never reserved the rental and don't even live in the same state as the rental location. I would suggest that you get your system looked at because I don't appreciate receiving emails for something I didn't use.
