I didn’t go to their location, they came to me to pick up the auto transport. I was told that I was going to receive a phone call from them when they were close by, I did not receive a phone call, I was in the middle of unpacking when they arrived I had to chase them down to show them where it was at.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI returned the rental on a holiday weekend when the business was closed. I was planing a drop and go, so didn't expect to see anyone around. But there was a U-Haul employee on site as they also run a towing business. He he was friendly and helped me get the rental unhooked and took note of repairs needed because of a flat tire. The rental return notice hit my email within the hour.
