There were no personnel involved. We dropped it off when they were closed. They had a self service box which made it very convenient.

mike tDon't worry about using the app bc it will do nothing but cost you more money and take over a hour just to figure out you just need to call the service line IF they are open & get your info there. I hated this entire experience I will buy a truck and trailer before I ever give another dollar to the Uhaul company.

Charles YThey took such good care of us being sure the truck was properly returned & checked out with a receipt. Even though it was on our reservation, it did not show on their end that we were dropping the 26' truck & it was a busy Friday evening of New Years Eve & construction nearby. They made sure someone came out personally to get the truck parked in a secure location & check us out. Roger took complete care of us until it was securely returned through the system with a receipt.

Chelsea B20hrs after I dropped off the trailer my trailer status had not been updated. I received a call from U-Haul asking if I needed assistance returning the trailer and informed them it had been returned. Thirty minutes later I received an email receipt of the return. I called back and was told they had not done anything, probably just a delay in the online stuff updating. Really?
MARK MI believe it was Richard who helped us out at the location. A very kind, friendly older gentleman. Superb customer service.

JULIO MWhen I picked up my truck there were no blankets or a dolly as ordered. I had to make a trip of more than 20 miles one way in my personal vehicle to pick up my supplies because the place I picked up from would not come in to correct my order. Even where I picked up the rest of my order from there was even an apology given or an attempt to make this right. Very poor customer service at both sites.

Paul WFirst I'm very unsatisfied with the customer service of someone calling me back where there have been emails sent to the direct manager of Oklahoma and I still haven't received a phone call. The question I have is why someone hasn't called me back? It is it because they don't want to deal with me or think that I would just go away? Second problem, I had horrible experience with four flat tires during my travel. One of those flat tires was from a brand new tire 60 miles down the road. And in return of those four flat tires it cost me time that I had to wait on the road for people to come out and fix it and hotel expenses. I feel like I should be compensated for the time and hotels that I had to add on to my trip. The question I have is, will I be compensated for the time and hotels that I had to use because of the four flat tires? The third problem, is as a customer I put my trust in U-Haul and faith that you will properly maintenance all equipment before given to me. Weather that be checking the oil, checking to make sure the gas tank is filled, to make sure all tires on the truck and tailor are safe and are not dry-rotted. Because if these maintenance problems aren't checked during a 4000 mile trip this can cause numerous problems for your customer. I feel like this was not done properly. Also, when I turned the truck and trailer in on the left back side of the truck that tire you could see the wire and it was only a matter of time when that tire was going to go flat. Also on the truck right side front tire it sounded like a ball bearing was going out. These are all major concerns that maintenance is not being done to standard. I can only hope this opens her eyes and tightens the standard of how maintenance needs to be done on equipment before being issued to the customer. It will only be a matter of time when a customer has a huge accident because maintenance was not done to standard. My fourth problem, is I don't understand where as I the customer have expressed my experience of my trip to numerous individuals that work with Uhaul and not one person has contacted me back. This is very concerning, as a customer I should be pulling my hair out however I am just disappointed in Uhual. Because I know that you guys can do better! Marty COffice was not open. Online check in was messed up. After 40 minutes we got a U-Haul rep who finally finish the check in process. The box to get the keys is not on the building or near the gate as she thought. It's on a black metal building pole & not easily visible.?very frustrating!

Taylor MTruck size I rented was not onsite; was given same rate for larger truck, it used more gas. Paid for dolly, but didn't get. Almost $100 dollars for 10 miles, no dolly, on-site delays, confusing directions.

Jack ROriginally had a reservation at the Chickasha location. Got there at scheduled time and no trailer was there for us and we were never notified by UHaul about not having it. Luckily we got a trailer out of the Blanchard location and they were very professional. We had to take it back to Blanchard or would have Bennett charged 30 more dollars to top it at the Chickasha location even though they didn't follow through with there rental.
