I was a little late picking up the rental…after several attempted phone calls we found out the pmobile pickup had timed out and needed refreshed. It would have been better if there was directions to tell us that. And provide a phone number if there is an issue with pickup.

I spoke to the area manager who dismissed what I said and gaslighted me when he said he found nothing wrong with the truck. I feared driving it, the belt was slipping it was very sluggish to drive and the wipers wouldn't wipe sprinkles away. Truck was filthy and area manager failed to respond back. Uhaul has gone down hill

KURT BReally enjoy the online rental ability. Never done it before and the women at the location were extremely helpful in assisting me in figuring it out.
Jonathan AI was not told I had to drop off at same location. Moving son's family from Lindsay to Norman the logical drop off site would be the Norman Lindsey street location since it was less than a mile from my son's apartment. But I was not told and was charged $250+ dollars for dropping off in the wrong location. Very unhappy with U-haul, especially when the checkin person told me to just leave the keys and bill would be sent electronically.
