I turned the trailer back in after business hours and it was apparently stolen. I was told there was no video because the property cameras were not working at the time. I was told that someone had left me several messages between the 23rd and the 28th of December but there were no messages from u-haul and their number did not appear on my phone. It was eventually resolved after several calls over a two day period.
I originally had a contract with another location off Bradstown Rd, which they did not have my U-Haul ready at 4pm. The clerk said I needed to pick up at a differenrt location.When i arrived at that location(I cant remember the address, Im from SC), it was closed. Then I went to the location at Bluegrass Pky and they said I was lucky , Another Renter had just brought in a vehicle I could rent. This was about one and half hr past my 4pm time. The workers at this location were very nice. This was an waste of time and gas in a state where I didn't know.This could have been avoided and I was charged 100 dollars more than my trip in Oct 1, 2020, which I was driving a smaller truck???
Made the experience quick and easy. Everything was explained and the truck was ready to go. Great job!

Make sure the cab of the tuck is cleaned out of USED face masks and all other trash. Remove all moving blankets from the last rental, there were 3 moving blankets just thrown in the truck when I got it.
Charged me twice
U-Haul software app for returning trucks trailers etc is hand down some of the best software I have ever used. So easy. So clear. Great job, guys.
Excellent customer service. I ordered a trailer and when we got there, we realized that it would be big enough. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the size we needed. Would highly recommend!!!
Truck I reserved was ready when I got there. Clean and in good order. Service was excellent. Processed quickly. Organized, helpful, I will use this office again.
The attendant went above and beyond expectation to ensure I had what I needed to get the furniture I've been waiting for, for 2 months. I couldn't be more happy with this location!!!!

I got covid-19 about an hour after getting the car so the car sat. Called to tell them that I was isolating and couldn't leave the house waited almost a day to pick the car up charge me $200
10' truck was EXTREMELY LOUD to the point that is was uncomfortable to drive in. The truck shook violently when the breaks were applied. It was as though the muffler had been disconnected. No power in the truck and used up more gas than it should (the weight of the load was about 220#). The owner of the place said, “It came back like that this morningâ€. This insults my intelligence. I am not buying that story...the plain truth is that he is not staying on top of the vehicle maintenance. If he is not maintaining what can be obviously heard...what is he NOT maintaining where things cannot be seen or heard. This vehicle could have been dangerous to even operate...and the noise could have been a symptom of a more serious issues. The vehicle should have been pulled from the fleet and repaired rather than be rented out. I guess he wanted to make a buck and did not take the safety of the vehicle or the customer very seriously. Not a good business practice for U-Haul...expected more from this established company...was very disappointed!
Need to be able to make getting a reservation more easier. Because I'm highly dissatisfied with having to travel out more to get my truck which was 20 miles and having to pay for that mileage when I had reserved a truck that was less than 5 miles from me. And I'm not satisfied with the location I got my truck charging me for gas when I faded up the truck
I picked up this truck and after it was completely loaded, the truck wouldn't start. I called this company 8 times before my call was answered. I was half way back to the office when my friends jumped the truck and got it started. This put me way behind in my schedule yet no compensation for our troubles. Not only will I never use this company again, I will no longer use Uhaul
Staff were extremely friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to help me get what I needed on short notice at a fair price. Ask for Valin. Would highly recommend.

We have used them multiple times. The equipment Has always been clean and reliable. The reason we always go back though is because of the great service. It's family ran. The grandson always goes above and beyond!
They overcharged me for miles after telling me that I would be reimbursed for any overmileage.

I'm sure of the name of the guy that was running the store, but he should get a raise- great guy- very helpful both pick up and return.

I was overbilled. I returned the trailer at 3pm and they stated on the invoice it was returned at 6pm which was after 24 hours. The invoice needs to be corrected and I need to receive a credit.

The truck was in poor condition. Your to slam the passing your door to get it to close correctly because of damage to the cab. The check engine light came on upon return. The location was unwilling to negotiate return time because they close at 6:00 p.m. and my arrival was going to be at 7 making me pay for another day. A different rental company would have been only $5 more for much newer equipment. I only went with u haul for convenience. The interior still had mud in it from previous renter so I doubt if it was white down afterwards. Doubtful if I return.
