DAVID TThis was not the location we had reserved the trailer at. It was out of our way and we loaded the trailer and it had a ceiling leak. Someone was sent out to repair it. On the road we had a flat tire in Georgia, it was repaired. Then we get to our destination and went to return trailer and that location told me they did not have room for it and sent us to another location.very unsatisfactory experience with U-Haul.
John HExcellent Customer Service, personnel were prompt to provide service and deliver truck.
