william Gtrailer hitch was rusted up, and took 2 people to break it free cost me time and just much longer than it should have to hook up. On the previous day I made the reservation in person, I stopped in to pickup the trailer the next day. The reservation made- scheduled it to be returned to the wrong location, phone calls had to be made, the reservation didn't get corrected. I ended up taking the trailer further than the reservation agreement.

Tamara SAs a location to pick up a trailer, they did everything right. My only complaint was that we reserved that trailer five weeks prior through the Waterloo site. But instead, we were told at the last minute that we had to go 30 miles away to get it! It was a major inconvenience and NOT appreciated!

SCOTT MThe people at Bobbins and Boards in Vinton Iowa treated me very good, they went to Waterloo Iowa and picked up my 20 ft Uhaul for me because I wasn't comfortable driving it to Vinton myself. I highly recommend going to this location for all of your Uhaul needs!!!

Portia BThe staff there were excellent she told me step by step how to drop off the truck where to park it where to drop the keys and she checked it in in the morning and everything went well and she was very easy to work with I had a better experience with the drop-off location and picking it up because she was so thorough and ease my mind with the drop-off and when I called her first thing in the morning she answered and answered all my questions and everything went smoothly

Christopher BIt was not a smooth process. The lady my husband was talking with wasn't very helpful, so her husband stepped in and helped. Then the process went much smoother.

ROBERT ANice location. Just found out the morning of needing it, I had to change and go to this locations. Had to drive about 2 hours for pick up. The closer locations had nothing available. Frustrating as I started the rental process 4 weeks ahead of time.

Bryan BDisappointed there were no ramps; would've been very useful and made the whole experience much quicker and safer.
Jim WIt took him an hour to get the computer to work and enter our information. Then the trailer lights didnt work and it took him 20 minutes to try a different light cord after we suggested that several times. On top of that, he charged us for 3 days when we only needed a one and wont refund me. Horrible experience.
Tedd WSuper friendly people! Helped us make a change even after we made our online reservation. Plenty of space to easily back up to the trailer and drive out.
