The location was fine, the online help with the 24/7 rental and the app not working and the person that I talked to on the phone was basically not very nice and not that helpful. She was impatient and rude and couldn't wait to get off the phone long enough to make sure I got it o work. I spent almost an hour at the location trying to get into the app and the website and it kept giving me an error message and when I was going to return the vehicle I got different answers from everyone I spoke to. It was frustrating. The location itself and their staff were great.

Key box was broken
